Detailed Reviews
Stayed for a week while touring Jerusalem. David the GM was quite friendly, as well as the hotel and restaurant staff. The food at breakfast and dinner was very good and lots of it. Good coffee machines and nice that the menus rotated somewhat.
The rooms where comfortable, and decent size. The cleaning staff needs to spend a bit more time when they clean, several places where dust and dirt had accumulated quite a bit, the toilet in the first room was not cleaned since the previous guests checked out. Also the maintenance department needs to do a better job at general upkeep as some areas of the rooms and hotel have a run down and tired look. The bathroom did not have a exhaust van that worked or if it did work it wasn't noticeable as it became a sauna when the shower was used.

Any reservations person can help you book a room, but it takes unique expertise to help a group.
Dan Athlan has that expertise.
We required multiple rooms, overlapping dates, last minute additions: Dan is the Man!
He is quick to reply to emails and takes pride to ensure that his guests are happy with his personalized service.
If you need a group booking or even just a single room, we highly recommend reaching out to Dan to make your booking experience a pleasure.

Loved your message and am making Dan a "Dan is the Man !" badge. Seriously, we take the view that our guest's holiday starts from the moment they book their hotel and Dan really personifies this, making sure that no matter how challenging a reservation each of our guests gets the holiday they wish for. We look forward to seeing you again

The Hotel has lost touch with reality and think that they are doing customers a favor by allowing people to spend money with them. The Ramada Jerusalem is actively hurting the Wyndham Brand.
The background for this story is that my family made a wedding at the hotel and probably spent 200K at the hotel during our time there, you would think we would have been treated a little better.
After check in we decided to go out rather than go to our room. When we arrived back at the hotel later in the evening we went to our rooms and discovered that they had not been prepared, and were not cleaned from the previous guess (we have pictures). It took the hotel an hour and a half to get the rooms ready.
This was just the beginning of a horrific experience. At 8 am we get woken up by banging on the door, I go to the door to see what the emergency could be, there is a gentleman standing there who can't speak English or Hebrew, through hand gestures and miming I understood that the emergency that they had to wake me and my family up for, was that they needed to know how many hangers were in the room. In case you were wondering we had 10.
When we went to check-out they decided to try and charge us double for one of our 3 rooms, the explanation being that the extra charge was because that we had one adult, and two children, instead of two adults and one child, After about an hour of arguing they walked that charge.
They refused to compensate us for not having our rooms ready until 10:30 pm saying that it was our responsibility to check our rooms prior to going out.
It's also worth mentioning that the rooms are old and haven't been updated in 20 years. The hallway on the 2nd floor has a water leak from the ceiling and the carpet is wet, the carpet in the rooms has mold on it, the bathroom fixtures are rusting, the doors slam, and overall everything is falling apart. This place operates like it's being run by teenage boys.
All this for over $200 per night per room. Spend your hard-earned money elsewhere. This place is a nightmare. Wyndham should remove its branding from this hotel, It's damaging their brand.

I recommend this hotel due to their superb breakfast and multitude of options on the menu at the restaurant on the lobby floor. Unfortunately, if you’re eating at the restaurants, it’s going to be quite expensive. The gym is pretty nice for a hotel gym as well.

Dan Athlan, the hotel reservation manager, was courteous, professional and most importantly ideally made things witty with a great sense of humor. He booked our 24 day vacation with Ramada Jerusalem. My wife and I had such a good time booking our trip iat 4 a.m. with him and made us laugh while he booked our reservation. He made sure we got the best price available and was concerned all our meals were all completed in advance. We are thrilled and excited to meet him once we arrive.
Thank you Dan!!
Thank you Dan!!

Our family stay at the Ramada was made all the more enjoyable through the help of the manager of our reservations, Dan Athlan. Dan provided us a service of professionalism and extreme care. We really missed the Ramada, our home away from home, when it was closed during COVID. No swimming or working out in the health club where we are members, no overnight or weekend getaways, and no summertime outdoor barbecues. We are so happy that the Ramada has re-opened! We are back at the health club, we were at two of the fabulous poolside barbecues, and we stayed over during the holiday of Shavuot. We are really looking forward to being back for Rosh Hashana and Yom Kippur. I must single out one staff member, who has been a true pleasure to work with since the reopening. Dan Athlan, the Reservations Manager is very helpful in making sure that we have just the right accommodations to fit our needs. The Ramada is lucky to have such a gem on staff, one who truly understands the meaning of customer service.

No there aren't we of course offer a cleaning service with next day delivery.
We do have an ironing room
We have both Glatt Mehadrin Rabbinate Jerusalem and OU Hechshers.Looking forward to seeing you among our guests.
Medina
yes, it's walkable, but far. I found taking the light rail (from Kiryat Moshe which is a few minutes away) to HaIriya and then through the Old City a convenient way to get there.
Dear Ms.Susan London,
I respond to you with total empathy for your challenging situation.
With heavy heart I must advise you that no animals or pets are permited at the Ramada Jerusalem.
Sincerely
Shmulik Cohen
