The rooms were small but the hotel was pleasant and the staff very helpful. We were delayed in Los Angeles and arrived two days late. The hotel was very generous in not charging us for extra days. The location was outstanding, very close to the old town and the business center.

Sorry so late with my review.... We were here in November for my daughter's Bat Mitzvah. The hotel was an amazing location right in the center of all the shops and restaurants. Also easy to get a cab on the corner. We had the junior suite which was 2 double beds and perfect for our family with 2 children. We...

I enjoyed staying at Harmony. The room was small but attractive. The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The breakfasts were excellent. Breakfast was in the attractive lobby, which was relaxing at all hours. The street is lovely with strolling, shops and small museums including the music museum

Located in the downtown triangle...super close to restaurants and shopping. The size of the rooms reminded me of staying in New York City. They are small and compact...squeezing a lot in. Plenty of amenities that begin with your breakfast. A full buffet that will keep you satisfied till dinner. If you can't find anything off on the buffet you like...the...

From the minute we walked in to the Harmony, we felt like we were home. Ayala welcomed us back warmly and upgraded us to a magnificent room on the 1st floor. We so loved coming back. The time flew once again and we were sad to leave. The location is superb and a stones throw from the Old City. We...

Fantastic location in the heart of Jerusalem. Small boutique hotel within walking distance of excellent restaurants and shopping. Serves wonderful breakfast buffet where they even provided us with gluten free bread once we made our restrictions known. Really appreciated the "happy hour" wines and light food choices which actually worked as dinner on two evenings when we had had a...

We went to this hotel after staying two days at the horrid Central Boutique hotel and it was more than a breath of fresh air. It was a 180 degree different experience. The Hotel Staff and GM, Ayella (sp) were amazing. Location, incredible. Rooms, clean. Free happy hour wine and snacks and INCREDIBLE breakfast (see picture) the GM helped us...

This hotel is in a great location, it is a 10 minute walk from the Old City. It's right next to the shopping/tourist areas, and tons of restaurants. The breakfast at the hotel is perfectly adequate and the happy hour would be fine if there was someone managing it and keeping other guests from plunging in with their dirty fingers/not...

The Harmony is a small boutique hotel. The location is ideal and the lobby perfect for large groups (we were 10) who want to gather for breakfast and happy hour - or at any time of the day. To review the hotel I must state that i was part of a group and I needed to where they selected. I...

This was our first time in Israel and both my husband and I decided to base ourselves in Jerusalem and take day trips from there. We stayed at The Harmony Hotel and it was welcoming from the start. All the staff were helpful and couldn't do enough for us. The buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious and had a mixed...
