One of the best hotels/ guesthouses in Haifa! Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation ! Close to the beach and the city center! The hosts are warm, generous and hospitable ! typical of Palestinian hospitality ! I enjoyed my stay a lot !

The location is excellent. Siruated at the entrance of Haifa the hotel is in a nature park that climbs up to Elijah's sanctuary . The Carmel beach, a very long stretch extending from Haifa to Atlit, provides one of the most spectacular sea shore walks is a five minute drive from Tamer Guest house. One can also walk along the... We had a great time here! It was one of the stops on our trip around Israel & Palestine last year and I don't think we could have chosen a nicer place to stay! It's a really short distance from the main beach, close to the local shops, has local cats of EVERY shape and size possible that can be... More

I will recommend this place to anyone! George, the owner is such a nice guy, friendly and helpful. His rooms are impeccably clean, spacious and beautiful. They even brought us breakfast every day and cake in the evenings. Don't even think twice about booking here! I highly recommend it!

The bathroom was beautiful, and clean. I managed to flood the floor with my shower, as I partially covered a drain outside the shower stall, which evidently was needed for drainage. I also didn't stop the water during my shower, and the drain didn't keep up with my water usage, but it didn't get outside the bathroom. George was helpful... More

George is a fantastic host and you feel right at home when you get into the premise. For a free (not paid) breakfast George said that he would bring "something", but that "something" turned out to be a lot of pastries and snacks enough for both breakfast and lunch! The hotel has an interesting location and may take a bit... More

George and Nabillah and their children Roni and Ranit are a wonderful, kind, loving family who run a guest house as if they are catering to the most loved/cherished members of their own family. We received a King's welcome with George waiting for us down at the end of a steep driveway waving us in enthusiastically. A home made fudge... More

The Tamer Guest House is run by a friendly and accommodating family. The rooms are simple, clean and comfortable, decorated in different styles. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. The Guest House is a good base for sight-seeing, as long as you have a car. It is not located in the downtown business district, but rather in its own enclave... More

This guest house is highly recommended. George and his family made us feel extremely welcome and at home. Although we arrived in the early morning, much earlier than our normal check-in time, George welcomed us and served us a very much needed and appreciated coffee. The bedroom was very well decorated and comfortable. The location of the guest house is... More

Clean room, very kind and helpful hosts. We are a family of 4, and the suite was a nice treat. The breakfast was delicious. It's a short drive to the Bahai Gardens. The guest house was right on one of the main highways, but it didn't feel noisy.
