Good location in the German Colony and just down the street from the Bahai Gardens. The guesthouse is a bit hard to find. Google maps has it in the wrong location. Free parking close by. Clean, basic accommodation in an old Templar house. Close to restaurants and shops. Staff are friendly and made our stay enjoyable.

The hotel could not be situated in a better location. Right at the bottom of the Bahai gardens in the centre of German Colony. There are many restaurants in the area and as breakfast is not available at the hotel, this is very convenient. The hotel is very clean and simple in furnishings, but this is reflected in the price...

Very good central location, very nice host, charming old stone building, clean. Good value. Points to note: No visible signage identifying the building or entrance as the guest house. Manager does not stay onsite, so need to coordinate arrival time by phone. Two 3rd floor "attic" rooms share a bathroom (must have missed this when booking); fortunately other room was...

We arrive in the afternoon in a hired car, parking was easy. The location is fantastic. Room was clean & comfortable on Ben Gurion at, next to Baha'i gardens. We caught the bus to the beach & had a late swim. Then right next door the owner recommended " Fatoush" great food. Would definitely recommend this guest house.

The strong reviews don't lie -- I'm glad I relied on them to make my reservation. The location is perfect in the middle of the German colony, and our room was small but had everything we needed -- reliable wifi, comfy bed, cold AC, hot water, hair dryer, access to a great shared kitchen, etc. Vitaly was helpful getting us...

I do not know where to start... Maybe simply - great! Clean, very comfortable, friendly staff, great ac, nice bathroom (shared only with 2 other people), fridge, great TV (especially channels 1-5 :D), tea and coffee included, microwave. Exceeded expectations! Even if the price would be double, still worth it! Thanks Vitaly, keep on good work!

We stayed for one night in a room with a small, but lovely balcony - from it, we could see a part of the Bahai Gardens which was especially nice by night. The location is also great; it is located right in the middle of the German Quarter and right in walking distance of the Bahai Gardens (could it get...

It is a basic, small room which was fine. Do not get the rooms that share a kitchen unless you are able to obtain both bedrooms. These should not be rented to separate guests as we had loud, adjoining guests that took over the kitchen area and it was most unpleasant to be in a bedroom off this area. We...

My husband and I were here for one night with our parents. This property is so well maintained. Every little detail is well thought out. We had pretty much the whole building to ourselves. My husband and I had the room upstairs with the balcony. My mother and aunt shared the green room on the lower floor, and my husbands...
