We stayed in the old part of the hotel which was nice but a bit of a hike up stairs with heavy suitcases. Our friends got a modern room and found it a bit strange. Anyway, the old rooms were comfortable and we were only here for a night. Breakfast was excellent. We made a mistake and did not eat... More

Rooms was fine here though bit small. Service was ok, but the great plus was the excellent breakfast which was in the next door restaurant offering great Arab food and breakfast. Location was good, nice boulevard, lively area.

Very much a boutique hotel with individual rooms. Reception staff very welcoming and happy to provide background on what is an historic building. I had ground floor suite - Griffin - which was very clean and comfortable. My colleague wanted a bath rather than shower and the hotel were able to accommodate him. Only minor niggle is no onsite breakfast... More

We were looking forward to our stay in the hotel after reading the positive reviews, but unfortunately, we had a rather negative experience that started at the front desk. The front desk worker, was the direct opposite of a service person. His attitude towards us was arrogant and unfriendly and I must say that this was the worse treatment I... More

We stayed one night last week and had a lovely stay. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Location is perfect and the restaurant attached is a gem. Loved the outside patio and food was tasty and plentiful. The hotel room we got was recently renovated and quite he hoot. We got the unicorn room. Initially startled by the neon... More

This is a cute and small boutique Hotel that has charming themed rooms, we got a second floor room with no elevator and no help for the luggage, but we were transferred later on to a larger room into the main building on the ground floor, the room was comfortable and clean, but attention to details was lacking, we got... We booked two rooms. Both were priced the same. One was fantastic and one was rather small and not too bright. This explains some of the uneven reviews. The rooms were both very clean and fun and had a modern design. There is a nice restaurant at street level. We had their mint lemonade and it was the best I've... More

We booked a room for nearly $300 during Passover. Upon arrival we received a room called Venus next to the reception. We realized the room had no windows(!) and asked to change room. The lady showed that the room opens to a small patio which is actually separated from the Main Street by a few plants. Obviously the noise was... More

If you like funky design - you will love this place. If only it could be a little cleaner... but it wasn't bad, and location could not be beat. Service was good and friendly, and there is a free parking space behind the place (accessed via parallel street in the back)

My husband and I stayed at Templar’s Boutique on Sunday night, February 14th. I am a travel agent and have never been to Haifa, so after a lot of research I decided upon this property. In all honesty, the property is nice, the staff was great, and the location is fantastic. Our room (Unicorn) was very clean and extremely modern.... More
