This was our second time staying at Kelem Wooden Cabins and again it was a treat. Yuval and Anat are so so so amazing, just the nicest people ever. They bend over backwards to be kind and accommodating, for instance, making sure they turn on the AC right before we arrive to cool down the room for us, getting up... More

This was our second time in Kelems' cabins, and the experience was (again) great!! The two Kelem Cabins are located in Moshav Faran in the southern Arava desert, just 100 kilometers north to Eilat. An excellent spot for a day trip in the desert- by foot, by car or as we did, with a 4X4 car. Anat & Yuval, the... More

I booked this for final week in January and luckily booked in advance. I spoke with Anat about the accommodation and my plan to propose to my girlfriend and she was extremely helpful. Yuval kindly offered to drive us both to a perfect spot in the desert. When we both arrived Yuval immediately met us and showed us around the... More

We stayed at the beginning of November with our 3 kids in the middle of the week. Yuval (the host) made sure we are enjoying ourselves. It started with the carrot cake (delicious) and then he took the kids to feed his chickens, horse and birds. Later that day he took us to a secret lake only the locals are... More

Positives 1. The owner, Yuval, has one of the best attitudes I have ever encountered. You really get the feeling he hosts in order to introduce people to this part of the dessert where few people stop by to enjoy. Nothing is to much trouble for him. It is one of those places you will smile when thinking back of... More

We stayed at Yuval's cabins for the weekend. We got a spotless spacious cabin, with a balcony, kitchen. We ordered a breakfast that was great, with vegetable omlet, fresh baked bread, juice and all kind of cheeses. Yuval the owner is also a farmer so he gave us a tour around the mountains and at his huge green houses, where... More

“Book it months before because the place is excellent, excellent price and just full in the holidays periods. Enjoy. The suite is large and the cottage have place to 3 kids on above. All is sunny and have a nice lighting but you can breakout all the external lighting if you want. The Jacuzzi is also excellent, specially to couples. No noise and no disturbs. Is is my favorite in the Aravah region.”
