the comfort hotel in Eliat provides very good value for money.
The hotel is clean and the staff very friendly and helpful
the room was fine and came complete with a fridge and a kettle with coffee and tea. the bathroom was fitted with a good shower and there was plenty of very hot water all hours of the day
well worth going to when looking for a hotel in central Eliat

Fantastic deal for the price. The bedroom was a good size. Simple furniture but more than adequate. Very clean, with a comfortable double bed, 2-night tables with drawers (one of my pet peeves when there aren’t any). A desk with a good size tv over it and a coffee table with 2 comfortable chairs. (Another pet peeve o mine is when there is only 1 chair in a hotel room for 2 people. The bathroom was smallish, but it had a bathtub. Water pressure was fine. The room had a frig, kettle and a safe.
Breakfast was good, with a large choice of salads and vegetables.
The lobby was nice with several very comfortable couches, a bar, and other food available. I didn’t really see what they had to offer as we were there for only 1 night. The hotel staff were all very helpful. Smadar went out of her way to help me with a problem.
The swimming pool is not large, but it is decent. It is in the front of the hotel as you enter.
The location was fantastic for us as we came by bus. It is very near the central bus station. There are local buses to all parts of Eilat a 5-minute walk from the hotel. There were lots of good restaurants, inexpensive and expensive ones, depending on your budget. The beaches are walking distance (around 15 minutes) and you can always take a bus back if you are tired.
We look forward to going again.

A very clean hotel, a bit old but maintained to a high standard. Great service from the staff. And good food, the rooms are air-conditioned with strong air conditioners, a small and clean pool is located on a main road, which is a disadvantage as well as an advantage, the price was worth the experience, we enjoyed ourselves and will definitely go back there. We had a really good time, recommended.

Recently renovated in warm colors and tastefully decorated, we enjoyed 4 restful nights at this hotel. There is free parking in the back as well as full wheelchair access, The reception staff speak several languages and went out of their way to accommodate everyone. Check in and out were smooth. The salon/lobby area was lovely with an aquarium and small library, computer area with printer, and complimentary warm drinks for the chilly evening. The pool and spa were clean and inviting , The room we had was perfect, the beds and pillows were very comfortable and there was free wifi in all the areas of the hotel including the rooms, Our room had a safe, fridge, and coffee area , the only problem was that there was only one outlet for both fridge and electric teapot so we had to heat up water at a different area. We had a decent view of the ocean and trees. Housekeeping staff was professional and courteous. The TV had good reception. Bonus points for several well placed outlets as well as USB points. Breakfast dining hall was also very nice and the breakfast was adequate and fresh. The hotel presented brochures and coupons for local attractions, and restaurants as well as schedules and for those interested, manicure/pedicure/ facials, massages and spa services. For the Orthodox Jewish traveler there are several options close by and the hotel accommodated us for Shabbos with manual keys, turning off room sensors etc (make sure you speak to Yossi from Hotel C to turn off the sensors before Shabbos comes in) obviously smoke detectors stay on. There are local buses nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We came for a fun day. Breakfast, spa, pool.
The reception manager was sloppily dressed, impatient and uncooperative, claiming he was too busy to help and
sent me running around from office to office to get a confirmation he could have gotten by phone from management, with total disregard for the fact that I'm disabled.
Spa treatment by Valentina was absolutely heavenly.
However, the spa itself is disappointing. No changing room, one shower with no soap of any kind and bad drainage. Access to the lovely jacuzzi isn't suitable for the disabled who cant do the required acrobatics to get into it.
Breakfast was inedible. Bread served on a disposable plate , some tiny dabs of spreads. The omelette was badly cooked on a burnt pan, slapped onto a plate with a few slivers of vegetables and a huge slice of raw onion.
The sloppily dressed person in charge of this operation loudly complained he was under pressure.....three diners!
He also peeled the (cold) hard boiled eggs , with ungloved hands. Thanks but no! Unappetizing to the extreme.
Small but nice pool. Pool staff were welcoming, neatly dressed and professional.

An unpleasant experience in the hotel and in the rooms.
Unclean rooms, food in the fridge probably from previous guests, toilets with signs of faeces apparently. In the bathroom there are stains of rust and old and yellow bathroom curtains. The drinking glasses with coffee stains. The bed in the room is very comfortable, but we received the room with the feeling that the sheets had not been changed before we entered. The reception staff is nice and welcoming but when we said that the room was not clean there was a woman at the reception who didn't even try to help, I won't mention her name a girl of Russian origin I think but she looks sloppy and also the one who spoke to us was disappointing and didn't even try to help and even raised her voice.
We took it on an overnight basis only and we purchased a breakfast at the hotel which was exceptional, a variety of a rich buffet as it should be, the hotel has a pool and also a beautiful balcony with a variety of decorative accessories in a highly recommended spa complex that is clean and includes Hot tub jacuzzi, sauna and a good atmosphere

+1
The comparison between the provided online photos to what I saw in person was absolutely opposite! The hotel is OBVIOUSLY mid renovation, done quickly and not well. There’s paint on the furniture, the pictures aren’t even leveled on the walls, there are wires hanging out from behind wall appliances. The rooms are so small there isn’t even room to lay your suitcase on the floor and walk past it. The bathroom is so small it’s uncomfortable. There is renovations happening (which we should have been notified in advanced). The hotel is a disaster full of paint, workers, and saw dust everywhere. On top of all this, when I complained the Owner, Eitan, called me a Karen and rather than offering a solution told me I can leave, but He’ll be keeping my money. His attitude was crazy and very inhospitable. Same with the other girl at the front desk. When we contacted hotels.com regarding this issue they were apologetic and convinced the hotel to provide us with a 1 night refund and hotels.com provided us with the second night refund because of this disgusting behavior. I was in absolute shock. I cannot make a better recommendation, but to RUN AWAY FAST!

hello it is sad to me that people use such platforms as a place to bash business and use it as a threat to get what they want I am proud to say that at our hotel we do not give in to such threats and since your review is not consistent with any of our reviews I hope it would be taken seriously

The rooms are small and in need of renovation or at least a paint job. From inside the rooms you can hear everything that happens in the corridor - talking, yelling, kids running around, doors closing, etc. I asked for a queen sized bed , but it was actually two double beds pushed together. There is supposed to be free wifi, but I could not find the wifi on any of my devices from either the room or the lobby. Breakfast was less than mediocre - the vegetables tasted like they had been washed in chlorine. The shower, however, was amazing - great pressure and very hot water. A good shower, however, is not reason enough to return to a hotel. I have stayed at many hotels in Eilat, most of which I am happy to return to if the price is right. I don't think I will be returning to this one.

A basic hotel and the room is not big but clean. The bed is comfortable and the shower is good. Although it is located in front of the central station, it is very quiet in the room. There is also a kettle with coffee and tea and an espresso machine in the room.
At breakfast there is less choice than a 4-star hotel, but sufficient. You can order fried eggs or an omelette.
An economical hotel and you get good value. be back.
