This is a perfect place to stay in the Arava; and we enjoyed it very much. Wonderful people, great place to meet and visit, home brewed beer, and a great combination of science and community. Ask lots of questions, all the answers will surprise and interest.

We especially enjoyed ourselves in Kibbutzim Ketura, a real kibbutz - like once upon a time... with enchanting people and great service. A relaxing atmosphere, spacious and pleasant rooms We will definitely return! Thanks for everything!!!

Beautiful landscape, very comfortable and the pool was great. On the tour, we saw a tree grown from a 2,000 year-old seed and the history we learned about it was fascinating. We also went into three small houses that are being powered by eco-friendly energy - all experiments in energy saving. We learned about the kibbutz's date farm, solar farm, and algae growing among other things. Great food and lots of vegetarian options.

We stayed at Kibbutz Ketura on 30th May. Everything was perfect. People friendly, food amazingly delicious. Room was cozy. But we had a very disappointing tour. It got over in 45 minutes, including 15 minutes of briefing. Guide took us around the reception area !! 50 Meters away from it he showed us standing at one place. No solar plant, no barn visit. When we asked him we could visit dates farm. He said it is closed to the public. That guy could hardly walk. He did not have the spirit to show us around. We flew halfway around the world to understand Kibbutz. That we did but see we not.
