Instead of dining in the more casual atrium, our group of five was ushered into a private room where we were welcomed with a complementary glass of red wine before a selection of tantalising salads, dips and starters was placed before us. High point was a main course of chicken breast and mashed potato smothered with a rich creamy mushroom...

The Hotel people were very pleasant and very helpful too. We were a group from Chennai(Vincent's group) and we had quite a few people who were 70+. Yes, it was a bit difficult to move to the lobby as one needed to understand the sprawling campus. But that only added to the mystery going by the fact that we were...

This hotel is in a great location, however, it is kind of outdated. It is sprawling and a little complicated to got to the lobby. I would stay there again because of the location...not quite central but much quieter than hotels close to manger square.

The hotel is not quite upto american standards, but is the nicest place in Bethlehem. Check in was chaotic. But, our luggage arrived intact, nothing missing. The room was nice, but could use a little more detail clean. The food was okay. They were always out of coffee, a real need after transatlantic travel. It is a beautiful place, but...

I'd like to congratulate the therapist Mohammed Hassaneh, who made a relaxing one hour massage to me last week. He has an excellent technique that made me feel completely relaxed. How do you know when you get a good massage? when you fall asleep during it. That happened to me with Mohammed's massage. He is highly recommended. Congratulations! Carol

Stayed 5 days as part of a group. The rooms were very good, spacious with all modern facilities and the bathroom large, well lit with all amenities. The hotel itself seemed to be an old palace which is very large with good gardens though quite complicated to get to the rooms. Wifi was free and excellent. The only blemish was...

its very nice one , good service , and very old building .it was built in 1910 , The building's original design was based on typical Palestinian architecture and the characteristics of an Arab household.

I recommend this hotel to everyone. I was amazed by the beauty, view, and history of this hotel. It is just like a great castle you read about in the books. The bathroom was spacious and very clean. The staff were eager to help us through out our stay. Food was amazing. The lounge had great soft music. Breakfast was...
