After a 5 hour flight with our toddler then an hour drive from the airport to this hotel we were looking forward to a bit of relaxing. Firstly we got there and they have on their website that they will exchange money but the man at the counter refused to give us shekles for pounds. At a later point he...

The Hotel people were very pleasant and very helpful too. We were a group from Chennai(Vincent's group) and we had quite a few people who were 70+. Yes, it was a bit difficult to move to the lobby as one needed to understand the sprawling campus. But that only added to the mystery going by the fact that we were...

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in April 21/22 - the place was grand and massive but unfortunately was old. Our room needs to be repainted and the outlets doesn't work properly. For a traveler, having a working outlet to plug in our iphones/ipad is important. Buffet dinner and breakfast is generic- seems like food is prepared for...

Bullet point Summary 1. We emailed before our trip to see if hotel supplied power adapters, they said they do, they lied, and our phones were dead that night after long day flying. 2. Would not take Pound Sterling despite saying they do. 3. Told us they can exchange sterling to shekel but when I got to counter they said...

Our rooms so dusty, marks on the walls, crack wall, torn beddings, ac wasnt working day 1, 1 lamp was working in the room. Looks like having a food war at breakfast with the guests. Some foods that was served at dinner appears on the breakfast. No fresh fruits for breakfast. $27 for dinner is not worth it. Appears to...

It was our first experience having tour to Bethlehem. We stayed there for 3 nights, with my husband and 3 kids. And it's totally satisfied. With the service, breakfast and dinner menu. Especially after whole day having tour around. The building is beautiful with patio at the center of lobby, and beautiful view from the ballroom to the lobby. The...

Instead of dining in the more casual atrium, our group of five was ushered into a private room where we were welcomed with a complementary glass of red wine before a selection of tantalising salads, dips and starters was placed before us. This hotel is in a great location, however, it is kind of outdated. It is sprawling and a little complicated to got to the lobby. I would stay there again because of the location...not quite central but much quieter than hotels close to manger square.
