the staff were rude and un helpful. our air conditioning wasn't working and they said there was nothing they could do. customer service was pathetic and the food was bad. I would not recommend anybody to visit and I shall not be retu rning
food was terrible and repetitive. i asked for late check out and was moaned at. drinks were warm when served and came to the table very late. the air con was broken and wasn’t fixed, we asked to move room and they said they were fully booked, i will not be visiting again.
