We weren't sure what to expect, as we've never been to the Aegean region of Turkey. Nor have we stayed in a Turkish village. However, Terrace Houses came highly recommended, so we took a leap of faith. We were very happy! Omer was so very helpful as our host, and the Grapevine House was like staying in Tuscany but much...

Our family of four stayed three nights here, using Sirince as a base to explore nearby attractions. Grapevine house is a lovingly restored stone house with all the mod cons including dishwasher, fridge, etc. Charlotte and Omar are lovely hosts and were very helpful during our stay. The house is packed with everything you could possibly need, from torches to...

We, a family of four, had a wonderful time in Grapevine House. Beautiful conversion of an old building with lovely design touches; the bathroom was fabulously grand. Also it had all the amenities: dishwasher/washing machine and a kitchen with everything you could need for self catering. However the wonderful breakfast that was provided and all the great local restaurants meant...

When we decided to stay in Grapevine house, we wanted to experience Turkish life. Instead of staying in a hotel, we rented Grapevine. We were not disappointed. We intentionally decided to stay in Sirince instead of other larger towns in nearby areas. Sirince is a hilly picturesque Greek village with large bazaar and small streets. Grapevine is near the end...

In September 2012 my partner, two friends, and I stayed at the Grapevine House for two nights in the very charming village of Sirince. From the moment we arrived we were made to feel like welcome guests of Charlotte and Omer in their perfect little world in the hills high above Selcuk and Ephesus. Charlotte and Omer are true experts...

In May 2012, we spent 3 wonderful nights in the Grapevine House (one of three Terrace Houses in Sirince owned by Omer and his wife Charlotte). The house is set high in the hills of a lovely town worlds (but only about 15 minutes) away from the tours passing through Ephesus each day. Omer met us when we arrived in...

Every traveler has known at one time or another the pilgrim’s delight at setting down one’s burden, and resting the weary bones in the warmth that only comes from the marriage of a real hearth and real hospitality. Such havens; however, are rare as their comfort is welcome, and it is for this reason that I would like to suggest...

I recently stayed a few days at the Grapevine House and was enchanted by both the house and the village, which is a quiet, traditional community with wonderful views and artisan shops. Grapevine was so comfortable, and our hosts (Charlotte and Ömer) were as inviting as they could possibly have been. They have a wealth of experience and knowledge of...

I spent four blissful days in Şirince at Grapevine House and would thoroughly recommend the experience. The house itself is beautifully designed and laid out inside, with an expansive bathroom that feels like something worthy of the Sultan at Topkapı, a snug kitchen where we would collect in the evening and play games, a wonderful livingroom across the passage based...

We ( couple ) enjoyed 6 days in this unique domicile, "pampered" by a great hospitality . The place is located within a comfortable distance to a lot o places to visit and an excellent place to recover from all the sightseeings to be done within in the close and more remote places. Sirince itself is a lovely place to...

“Any one of the property of the Terrace Houses would be a great choice. Grapevine, Olive, or Fig ... you can't go wrong!”
