It's close to the bus stand,si very clean, you get water, breakfast is ok, no complaints really. The owners speak some english, so there's no problem. There's a pide closeby, which is pretty nice. But I had a tough time explaining I had paid 10% in advance to hostelbookers. But still they were convinced,so just make sure you wont have to pay... More

This hostel is located right next to the bus station and very close to a couple good restaurants. The rooms are very basic and very clean. The breakfast was very simple. It's a no frills place to crash fo a night in you are in town to see Ephesus, which is about a 20-30 minute walk away.

Good clean accom. Beds comfy, good wifi, breakfast and hot showers. Staff friendly and will help out if needed, most speak a little bit of English, enough to get by. I would Recommend this hotel to any type of traveller, good value for money.

This review is a long time coming, as I’m probably the Vardar’s most loyal guest. I’ve been there so many times since 1991 that it’s gotten to the point that Seval, the kind lady who runs the place, calls me her ‘brother’. That I have returned repeatedly is a testimony to her kindness, and that of her family (and none... More

We recently Oct 2012) spent 4 nights at the Vardar Hotel. It is a small family run business close to the center of Selcuk. The pension is run by very old couple and daughters. They do not speak much English but still understand your needs. They are sweet. Pros: Room were very clean, a bit small but typical of area,... More

This hostel is very basic, but for the price, you get what you pay for. we arrived late at night, and the pension was locked. We had to wake a very old couple sleeping in the reception area to let us in. They could speak absolutely no english and were not aware of our reservations, however they did shoe us... More

My husband & I stayed only one night but it was really great. Vardar is just behind the bus station so an easy walk when you arrive. The room is small but one oif the better bathrooms we've had. Very clean. A big balcony with clothesline. A fantastic fruit & veg market in the street in front on Saturdays.

We arrived extremely late from the bus terminal (after 11pm) only to find the elderly owner couple napping on the couches in the reception waiting for our arrival. They ushered us straight to our room (not requiring us to bother with any paperwork right then since it was so late), the elderly man carrying my rather heavy bag up the... More

Vardar Pension is really close to the bus station, and across the street from one of the best restaurants in town. The family is welcoming and helpful. Sevan runs the place efficiently and is always willing to share advice. The rooms are clean and quiet, each with a balcony and a clothesline for hanging out washing. Breakfast on the terrace...
