This apartment is good for family and the cost is wonderful when comparing with other properties plus the location is the best place in Istanbul and the facilities are available. The problem only the elevator is the first floor means you have to take the stairs up to there and you can use the elevator and the main entrance doesn't...

We stayed for 6 nights in a 1 bedroomed apartment. 2 bathrooms were a real bonus. It was a self catering apartment but we did not utilise the facilities - there are just too great many options available within a short walking distance. The big highlight is the bakery downstairs called Inci Pastenasi which specialises in profiteroles! Oh my word...

The hotel location is great (5 minutes from Taksim) and the hotel itself is wonderful and vey clean... the appartment was exactly like the one in pictures. Mr. Cengiz was a great help to us and he's a very kind person. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Loved everything, beautiful rooms, amazing hospitality thanks to our land lord Agit Pogat, location very central and convenient to everything. Restaurants and shopping are in walking distance. Beware that Istanbul never sleeps, you are close to the night life, so if you are looking for a peaceful retreat, this place is not for you.

We stayed here most of February of 2014. This is a long term stay apartment, I don't think it's supposed to have the amenities of a hotel. Chengis, (not sure of the spelling) the building manager was helpful and friendly. The apartments are modern and ours had a separate bedroom with full bath. It had a decent kitchen with most...

I stayed at this so-called "HOUSE" for two days with my family and apart from the tasteful decoration of the rooms, the rest of the features had nothing much to please any traveler. To begin with, the address is not No 240 on Mis street. I took a taxi to that address and had to pay extra money for the...

We arrived to the hotel at 2 AM, after a 17 hours flight from Argentina, exhausted. I wrote in my reservation "please have the beds ready...." and guess what?, the hotel was closed, no even a bell to ring, my husband asked from someone in the street for a phone, and then Kadir opened, helped us with the check in...

If you like to experience night life, great restaurants this is the area you have to stay. It is easy to get the metro and tram. Perfect place to stay if you want to experience Istanbuls night life. Located on a street just of Istiklal, with lots of bars, restaurants and all sorts of clubs are located. Staying in Beyoglu

Neighborhood Profile
Beyoglu
Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening nightlife in close proximity. In striking contrast, Beyoglu’s less trafficked areas – such as the affluent Cihangir and the antiques district of Cukurcuma – exude Old World charm and provide contemplative calm and splendid diversion via an assortment of cozy cafes, attractive boutiques, and quiet lanes.

“. city view rooms are more noisy than the other ones . make sure to ask for an extra key upon check in since their policy is one key per room (sort it out before you check it) . make it to their hotel in taksim first since this is where a bellboy will companion you”
