Lovely hotel, very welcoming staff from the Reception to the lovely cheerful lady who cleaned our room and to the staff at the restaurant. We felt well looked after and always happy to offer help or advise. The hotel is in a busy Taksim square so if you are light sleeper this might not be for you unless you take ear plugs. However if location is what you are after then give them a visit, close o the Metro or good shops. We felt safe, welcomed and enjoyed our stay. Its opposite the Belgium consulate as well. Nice local restaurants within short walk, along with other food vendors. If i ever go back to Istanbul i will most certainly be going back there. The view from the roof top restaurant was amazing and can see afar.
Overall we found the hotel good, my wife arrived before I did late one night and the reception staff were rude. when I arrived a few days later they were very apologetic, fixed the issue and supplied a fruit basket to apologise. The rooms are small as advertised so I would suggest an upgrade, our room was large, with a private balcony so very nice. The breakfast is excellent and the cleaning was carried out every day to a high standard. I found the reception staff very friendly and helpful, would stay again.
An ordinary, modest hotel, a very ordinary breakfast, a very small room, it does not have a night service, and it is not suitable for families because it is close to the nightclubs, and the receptionist is very rude and does not have any welcome
Very friendly and approachable staff, the rooms are slightly small but well stuffed with amenities. Great breakfast. Proxmity to Taksim Square means that there are nightclubs playing music until about midnight, so if you are okay with that then it's a great place to stay.
No extra mattress policy this hotel, non cooperative staff, I m still in this hotel for next four days more but heless , just one glass for 3 person. Not suitable for families, hotel heating system out of order no ironing available in room, bad experience
Very unprofessional behaviour by staff. I asked for salt midnight as medicine, since my husband wasn’t keeping well. They said they will charge for it. I confirmed to pay however, they still didn’t give us salt, stating they don’t have salt in hotel. This is very surprising having a restaurant in the hotel, they didn’t want to give salt. I extended my booking for one more night, since we weren’t well To top it up, they asked me to pay extra for the first day. Saying they were supposed to charge more and they forgot. This is weird, they now want to take extra money for no reason I won’t recommend this hotel to anyone
location is great, 2 minutes walk from taxim square. hotel is clean, there are some amenities in the rooms. but hotel is very noisy. there is a night club near it and they play very loud music til 00:00. room service and cleaning service start working from 8:00 am and go back and forth in holes with their huge carts. it is not possible to sleep normally in the morning. breakfast is normal.
the location is perfect near Taksim square , the rooms are clean and nice, look exactly the same as in the picture. the breakfast is good and the view from the terrace restaurant is beautiful. the staff are very kind and helpful, we had an amazing stay. definitely recommend
In the center of Istanbul near to Taksim , Esteklal street and carrefour market. The breakfast is average no varaties. The stuff is very helpful and friendly. The room is good and clean but the street is noisy and the refrigerator makes an annoying sound.
the room is tight but very clean and comfy, the street can get very loud and nosiy, we kept waking up from the noises from the street, other than that everything was amazing, the staff are very nice and helpful
