The title says it all. We stayed for 7 days so rest assured we gave them plenty of time to assist us. As soon as we reached we were not even treated properly and asked to come back at check in time matter-of-factly.

The hotel kindly arranged all transport for us. The drive from the airport is, to say the least, an experience. But that is Istanbul. All the major places are within a very short walking distance. The restaurants in the square are lovely and the rooftop dining room of the Lady Diana is fantastic, both at night and in the morning for breakfast. I'm sure you will have a wonderful time
