Hotel's Favorite
Ozal was very good cleaner & we entered the room, with beautiful scent of cleanliness. We want to thank Ozal for making our stay a wonderful, remarkable full of rest. The hotel location was amazing & staffs very cordial toward guests. I highly recommend this hotel to people who wish a 5 star at the price of a 4 star.

Everything is professional and in it’s right place. Clean, good location and nice people. The location is what I love the most, it’s near taksim square with 10 mins walking but completely at peace and out of the noisy place. I have been to this hotel twice. The first time it was the former Mercure 7 years ago and the second time last summer 2022. The only thing is that they seem not to have any plan for it, is the birthdays and honeymoons for the guests. Last time it was my birthday and no nothing was happened in rhe hotel. I’m going there again today. And I will update you if any changes. The photo is which I got from my room.

I was very happy when I came across the friendly staff during the first check-in they were polite and helpful standing at the door. Serkan and Sahin are very well successful in their work thank you very much. I found the rooms floors lobby area quite successful in cleaning it. The breakfast room is very much in one place as the view.

That was amazing stay! I love everything, the room is spacious, the bed is really huge and really comfortable to sleep. Coffee machine, tea pot, complementary water, mini bar, all you need you have it in your room. The breakfast was included and it served at the restaurant on the rooftop with the view to Bosphorus. All the waiters are very attentive, thank you, guys! Also have to mention all the guys who work at the reception, bar, room cleaners — all of them are very attentive and ready to help you 24/7. Thank you so much, guys! Çok tesekkur ederim! I definitely gonna back next time.
