Oh my Asked for an aperol spritz - girl behind the bar had no idea Got stuck in the lift on the top floor Mini bar not re stocked for 3 days Strange stains on the pillowcase Airport transfer was 140 if booked through hotel reception or 34 if booked direct
Very nice stay and team very collaborative and attentive! Breakfast memorable a special thanks to Burak that every morning contributed to make our day better, with his attention, professionalism and hempaty.
STAY FAR AWAY!!!! DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!! Awful hotel with terrible management. My travel companion’s jewelry was STOLEN from our room and the front desk had absolutely NOTHING to say about it - no sorry, no refund, no offer to make it right, nothing. The rooms are also SMALL and outdated, the bathrooms are MOLDY and badly designed, and the toilet has a weird sewer stink at all times. The linens are old and stained. Carpets worn down. The hallways stink of cigarettes. TRUST ME, DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
Genuinely one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed at. Located opposite a nightclub/bar, you have thumping loud music until 1am every single night (including Sunday’s and Monday’s) meaning I couldn’t sleep at all, despite being on a work trip and having to get up early every day. Rooms were distinctively average and musty, with the air-con not working and the breakfast coffee being watery rubbish from a machine. So expensive for what it is and feeling like you’re in a nightclub is not the one. Would not recommend.
Comfortable, clean rooms with a fabulous view of the city and a huge breakfast buffet! The concierge and manager were very helpful in providing recommendations for dining, city tours & spas. The location was perfect for walking to shopping areas, restaurants and public transit (T/bus). I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
I had the best time at The Marmara Pera in a City View room. I wanted to try the rooftop restaurant and wanted a central location. This hotel was perfect for that. The staff was very kind and helpful. There was a lovely young man who helped me with bags and getting taxis often but really everyone was lovely. Only thing I recommend is updating their bathroom and for some reason there was not enough taxis even though the hotel had their own taxi stand (which is of course not their fault) but that made me alter my plans a bit. Other than that, beautiful stay!
We arrived early into Istanbul after a long 10 hour flight. Damla checked us in and was extremely courteous and helpful. She went out of her way to help us get an early check in so we didn’t have to hang around and waste our day. Thank you Damla.
The hotel location is very nice. The room size is very small for a family of 4. It's quite cramped. The beds are comfy though. The bathroom has no latch. The breakfast spread was very lavish and amazing. The staff was courteous and friendly.
I’m staying here for 5nights. The hotel itself is in a great location just a few minutes from the Main Street Of Taksim and all shops , restaurants, everything u want as I love Taksim . It’s very alive . My room was great very clean, reasonable size for two people , bathroom very nice, clean and all amenities u need. Breakfast had a great variety of food . Great way to start ur day. The Best was the rooftop pool and the view was just unbelievable , my favourite. There is a bar and restaurant on rooftop which we will have dinner up there .
Stayed 4 nights here. Rooms are cleanish, bathroom was clean but furniture and bathroom look tired. Staff are friendly. Did not try their breakfast or other meals. Located smack in a lively neighborhood which was vey noticeable on Friday, Saturday and Sunday night with relatively loud music till past midnight, even though we were located on 14th floor. Bed was clean and good.
