The room was too small,it's very dark. The staff can't speak English at all.The location of hotel was good because it was near to Aksray metro station.The worst thing is Ambulance alarm, always we hear ambulance alarm. the internet speed not bad, but some time it wont work at all.

Well, the hotel seems to be a budget hotel. Since you dont need to pay too much for this hotel, it worthes the amount you pay. The location was good as it was almost near to many tourist attractions. Regarding the location, the advantage is that its close to bus and monorail station which gives you a great access to... More

In one word: Terrible! In more than one word: 1-extraordinary rude people work here 2-only day receptionist knows English and no one else 3-i don't know what walls are made of but you can hear the people next door just like they are in your room, and believe me, you don't want to hear it! 3-everytime someone starts smoking, you... worse hotel that i have seen ever.that's not like hotel, just a place for stay rooms are very dark and small, blankets and bedsheets were very dirty and smell smoke. only positive option of this hotel is that's close to hostoria shopping mall and tramvay station

I stay here for 5 night Its very far from historical place and rooms was little for 2person.this area don't have business center Old building Don't have good air-condition room service and transfer service I don't try it But breakfast is good

I was there for 6 days in August. dirty room, dirty sheets and dirty bathroom, broken refrigerator, weak WiFi it's just works in lobby. terrible breakfast and same breakfast every morning. you must ask to get staff. air conditionair has problem . but hotel position is good near the bus stop and tramva.

I was there for one week in september with my friend .in all hotel that I saw before we have had water in refrigerator but in top kapi was not.breakfast wasnot good and without any vareity and bad quality tea and jouse.room service wasnot good I should tell to staff for get towel and no teeth brush in rooms.no room... More

Me and my husband were here for 3 nights. It was terribe, staffs are not friendly at all. First night they gave us a room in which air conditionair has problem and there wasn't even slippers there!! And it's far from beautiful places in city

I did not enjoyed at all, it was terrible, dirty , staffs were awful , air conditioner did not work correctly.bath towel,... terrible my kid cried because of bad conditions, we had to wait for elevator for a long time, because the capacity we very low. I did not choose this hotel again .
