Beautiful place in Downtown in Istanbul, very clean and comfortable, awesome stuff, amazing breakfast, awesome view 👌👌👌 Perfect place to stay and enjoy to your vacation. If we go in Istanbul will go there again
Everything you could want from a boutique hotel - central location with beautiful views, quaint rooms, extremely friendly staff who will help you in any way they can. Arjen, Fatih and Batu were great to talk to! I stayed for 6 nights and enjoyed every minute of it.
What can I say about this place? Only that if - when - I return to Istanbul, I wouldn’t dream of staying anywhere else. As others have written, this little gem of a place is very comfortable and absolutely perfectly located for sightseeing. But more than that, it was the warmth and friendliness of the welcome that marked The Peninsula out as very special indeed. I was stranded in Istanbul In March when flights ceased at the start of the coronavirus crisis - my original onward destination had been Egypt. Fatih and the other guys at The Peninsula could not have been kinder of more accommodating, allowing me to stay on at a moment’s notice, doing their best to help me rearrange my travel and find a flight home, and even promising to look after me when it became clear the hotel would have to close. These have been unforgettable times and their hospitality will live long in the memory. I so hope you’re all safe and well, guys - my grateful thanks, and I will be back. xx…
I loved everything about this hotel, ive too Istanbul before, but this is far the best hotel yet, good wifi, breakfast, cleanliness i have zero complaints,i loved every minute of my stay, especially the staff,Fateh,Salih and Ozan who where so freindly and helpfull,i would definetly come back here again, they make the hotel for what it is,and made a Scottish man very happy.
hospitality: I would like to recommend this hotel to everyone going to Istanbul. The staff working at this hotel speak good English and were more than welcoming and kind to us. When we arrived at this hotel after an 8-hour bus journey at about 7 in the morning, the receptionist told us that our room won't be ready before 12, but since we looked so tired and it was raining a lot, he offered us breakfast and a room to rest in free of charge !!!! Such kindness is rare. They really go the extra mile to take care of a person's needs. location: Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sofia, and Blue mosque are less than 5 minutes walking!
