Detailed Reviews
The room is nice and the bathroom in it is somehow clean if we ignore some black mould on the wall of the shower cabinet. The breakfast is great and their onion rings and fresh orange juice is soo delicious. Unfortunately they refused to give us receipt for the rooms we reserved before leaving, telling us they do not provide that. The hotel price we paid is by person not by room so be aware of that and its quite expensive for rooms with no view. The staff was nice. The sounding area is full of shops where you can by different stuff but the price is for tourists 😃

Booked a standard double room and it was awful. Immediately had to ask to change rooms, as the room was tiny, and felt worse than a premier inn or holiday inn unfortunately. We were given a deluxe double room instead but at a charge of 140 euros on top for 3 nights. Noticed the bathroom vent in the deluxe room was mouldy, and also when the temperatures became hotter in the evening the air conditioner was not cooling the room properly so it disturbed our sleep and caused a lot of discomfort negatively affecting the day ahead.
For 2 days since landing the toaster was apparently broken in the breakfast area, so would be having eggs for breakfast without proper toast. They could have accommodated guests with alternative toasting via an oven for instance, but no.
I complained to customer relations and the young lady who saw to me was VERY GOOD, she listened and provided room upgrade to what they had best on offer at the time. We were then given a room on the 5th floor with a view of the beautiful masjid opposite the hotel, and our window ledge was wide enough for us to sit and enjoy the view.
Spa services were also nice, they're separate to the hotel but in the same building.
Overall pleasant stay, good location near the Vezneciler metro station 3min walk away so in terms of getting about it was great. Hotel value was certainly not up there, it is overrated and should be slashed half a star.

Room was very hot and while you can open the window then you can hear everyone yelling etc even at 2.30am. Could hear people walking down the hallway, opening drawers in room below and running around above. While it is a good location certainly not four star. Breakfast average. Some staff helpful, some not. Guy in Spa area very helpful as was ight time checkin. Early morning staff unhelpful.

Terrible experience! To be avoided. We booked this hotel with an organized group, our room was dilapidated, the room was very noisy due to the air conditioner motor mounted on the window, the carpet was burnt, the room was very small, the window looked onto a wall and the bed was very uncomfortable, back pain throughout the permanence. On the last day they forgot to make up the room and in the evening (despite having left very early in the morning at 6.30) we found the bed to be made and the towels to be changed.
The hotel staff were very rude and annoyed. The food was really poor quality and any question we tried to ask was always answered in an annoyed and annoyed voice.

We stayed two nights in this hotel during our tour of Türkiye. A rather well-kept structure, in a good location, with a comfortable and clean room (albeit with the much-feared carpet). Adequate breakfast and dinner. What we didn't like was the staff, professional but detached and not very helpful: for one thing, I simply wanted to fill a bottle of water at the "bottle" in the breakfast room and I was told that it wasn't allowed, but at the bar I could have done it, so I went to the aforementioned bar where a very annoyed girl gave me some purified water (or at least I think) with a chemical taste like swimming pool water! Other than that, a good stay.

We stayed at this hotel during an organized tour.
It is part of a chain of large hotels that work mainly with groups, therefore offering a fairly standardized quality, without any type of particular treatment, understood as sartorial customer care, but at the same time guaranteeing a whole series of services in line with the classification of the hotel (4 stars).
In any case, the structure is modern and well looked after, the rooms are clean, the rooms are adequately soundproofed. Breakfast is quite rich and varied, while dinner is more basic, although the food is of good quality.
The location, in a city of twenty million inhabitants, is difficult to establish whether it is strategic or not, in any case it is not far from the most tourist places.
Overall it is recommended for visiting Istanbul, an incredible and crazy city.

The hotel is wonderful, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is delicious, but it is the same every day, it could be a bit more varied. The rooms are a bit small but very clean. The shower head in the shower could perhaps be changed as it is a bit moldy. The cleaning lady Ayse is very nice and cleans very cleanly. The terrace upstairs and the food are great. The hotel is close to the metro, a 5-minute walk away, and there is a bus stop directly opposite the hotel. We would definitely come back again. The 4 stars are definitely worth seeing👍🏽

It is a tremendous big-city hotel with a beautiful panoramic view of a magnificent mosque across the street. The view is clear and uninterrupted both night and day. The hotel room is neat, comfortable, and impersonal. It is a clean, spacious area with amenities. Staff members speak English and the local languages. They did not have postal delivery stamps. There is a variety of food and fruits. The staff is efficient. The restaurant at the top of the hotel is outstanding.

Worst hotel management ever witnessed. You are actually bullied and threatened by front office manager that if you don't remove an honest review your booking will be cancelled and that is exactly what he did to me. I had a booking from 10th August to 11th August and on 11th morning I went to reception to request a late Check out where I'll pay for the late Check out I am told you gave us a bad review and now want late Check out and they refused. I went online did another booking as my flight was on 11th late night so it was only practical I am in the same hotel and not have to pack up n go another hotel however thr front office manager sent me a text on my WhatsApp asking me to cancel my review and if I don't he will cancel my booking and that is exactly what he did. My fully paid booking he cancelled and kicked us our of the hotel for posting an honest review.

Very very very disappointed with the room in this hotel let me tell you the bad things it included: Dirty bed sheets with stains, damaged walls with marks, expired coffee, leaks from the shower, tv doesn’t work, and broken unfixed smoke Alarm. When I saw these things I was utterly appalled and extremely disappointed there is no luxury and the room is a disgrace the staff aren’t to helpful aswell. If you are thinking about staying DONT STAY HERE!

Yes the blue mosque and hagia sophia are 3 stops away from the tram. You have to walk 3-4 mins to reach the trams. Shops and food are nearby.
Hi Mizzj, actually you can book an airport shuttle through the hotel themselves as mentioned by Samir. However, it depends on which airport you arrive in (in terms of price - Sabiha Gokcen or Ataturk). In addition, you can always use car booking services such as Uber, which is rational in price and efficient. I used Uber and it was great.
It is a very Good Property, 4th Floor is the best view in this hotel from where you can see sehzade camii..
Just check the room a/c if you cannot bear the summer temperature, may be its cold now.
