I stayed in the hotel while i was in istanbul to take a exam, I liked the neighborhood it was lively, there was lots of stores and markets, I liked taking long walks around the neighborhood. The location is good and has access to the subway and bus station. The breakfast is okay, rooms are clean and the staff are polite and helping.

I've been to Istanbul many times and I can tell this hotel was a great experience.

It was just a few mins walk to the tram station and bus stop. Less than 10 mins to the metro station.

Very quiet clean rooms. Rooms are cleaned daily.

Breakfast was good enough. It had a variety of choices. Though I do with the warm food were more. Stylish breakfast hall.

The reception were friendly. Not really good English but ok.

The internet connection was acceptable.

I'd like to come to this hotel next time as well.

Hi,
We stayed in this hotel last summer.
The best offer of this hotel is its good price in the high season in Turkey and also easy access for visiting historical attractions by trams and metro lines.
It is clean, normal breakfast, average wi-fi, good air condition, normal housekeeping, and normal bath. And you know, don't compare to other luxury 4 star hotels around the world because you are in Istanbul. If you just a place for sleeping, having breakfast, good value in summer you can choose All season hotel.

have a nice trip

Hotel well located 2 steps from transport, shops open until late, plentiful and varied local breakfast, all very good and plentiful, a pleasure to have breakfast, friendly and helpful and smiling staff, honestly no complaints, calm rooms and well equipped with tea and coffee and water, climate available in the room with refrigerator which is very important for keeping drinks cool.
I especially thank Ibrahim Serim who was available to show me where to go and how to do it whenever I asked since I don't speak Turkish, thank you very much,
I saw that they have a spa but we didn't have time to try it, too bad it will be for next time.
I will return to this hotel because it is very interesting for the price and quality.
A very positive point is there is a souvenir shop (for those who don't have time to get a souvenir here and open 24 hours a day), as well as the reception they are always there to listen to your every request.
Thanks to all the staff and to the smiling and friendly Director (he comes by every morning to say good-bye to all the guests), very nice
See you soon All Seasons Hotel

P.S. I'll attach some photos

First thing first, they stole a T-shirt from one of my friend's room. It's incredible that this kind of things happen! It was an expensive one, not a regular 10 euro t-shirt bought from Grand Bazaar. Unfortunately he noticed it only when he turned back home, so it was too late to do anything...
The rooms are okayish, although they don't look really like in the pictures. I think they show only the best ones, not the standard double rooms.
The breakfast was poor, with only few options on the buffet. And what shocked me the most, was the fact that you were allowed to order only ONE omelette per room! It's ok for a hostel, but for a 70 euro/night 4 stars hotel? Are you f***ing kidding me? And the restaurant staff doesn't speak english. It's very hard to communicate with them.
It's ok for 1-2 nights stop, but if you want to stay longer, look for another hotel as this one doesn't deserves the money we paid for it.

Definitely NOT a 4 star hotel. The rooms are not like on the pictures. Smelly, dirty, small, had to leave at 9 in the evening, because we couldn't take it anymore. It's not a problem, if the hotel is old, not at all. But if it's dirty and smelly, that IS a problem. On the room ceiling: stains, bathroom: old and small, we even found a durex wrap in the toilette (at least, the could have flushed down) and the story goes on and on and on. We travel a lot but this was a really bad experience. After complaint they couldn't offer us another room (we would agree with the room, shown on the photos), we just left. No refund. Arrogant and indifferent. Not to recommend AT ALL.

This hotel is the worst I saw in 20 years. Website pictures are not corresponding to the reality.
Not clean at all!!!! Bathroom very small. No minimum space needed.
Insects are like home. Window view is not inspiring. Address to avoid.

I do not recommend this hotel to you, it has nothing to do with it. In the pictures, it is very dirty and it deserves 4 stars. Children always play day and night without respect. The morning breakfast is very poor. The same things every day and there is no choice. We always go out for breakfast in other places.
