Just wanted to say thank you to the lasagrada team ! From their general manager and all the staff! In particular Burak, Ismail, and Murat! They always made things easy and assisted in every way! They even escorted me to local appointments to ensure I wouldn’t get lost! The crew that cleaned and foxed my room each day were also exceptional! I didn’t get their names but it was a male and female that serviced the 8th level! They were fantastic! Thank you for a great stay! Highly recommend the hotel!

The location is great, with plenty of activities (shopping, food, cafes) in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. We booked the largest room in the hotel, with a balcony that is almost the size of the room. It was a memorable experience

La Sagrada Hotel is famous for it’s location in the heart of Osman bay, The location is perfect! the metro is just in front of the hotel. I totally recommend it as a substitute for Taksim area.. Nisantasi is just few minutes walk away from the hotel; you can find plenty of sophisticated restaurants, a mall, and shops. But what stood out the most was the exceptional service and hospitality from the staff.

1. The waiter at the smog lounge refused to wear a mask in this pandemic despite politely asking him to please wear one as he tried to take the order. He came back with the order, again, without a mask on. 2. Their fire alarm was faulty and went off for no reason. I took the stairs alongside some personal belongings, racing to the lobby for my dear life, only to be told when I got to the ground floor that the fire alarm had issues. No apology was given and not a single staff felt any remorse. 3. Replacing the drinking water in the room after cleaning was such a big deal. I literally had to call and beg for it all the time. This is NOTHING close to a 4 star hotel, let alone 5 star as it claims to be.

This hotel is one of the best hotel’s in the are of Osmanbey, even in the pandemic the 5 stars services are being maintained professionally, you will find masks free of charge while going out & in, breakfast is a la cart at the moment but believe me a lot of choices, just 5 seconds walk to the metro & restaurants within 100 meters, I recommend this hotel to everybody due to its accessibility needs. When you are in the hotel you won’t even think that you are in Osmanbey, outstanding

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and we were really impressed by the quality of the service and the luxurious rooms. The reception team is extremely kind and helpful.The breakfast buffet is excellent. It's a very well located. Everything was ok. I would recommend this place to my friends.

My wife and I recently spent 4 nights at this glorious hotel.Superbly situated just outside the Osmanbey metro station.The hotel is in the fashionable area of Osmanbey/Nisantasi with beautiful shops in the area.Great for shopping.There are also many restaurants and coffee shops in the area.The hotel is excellent and the breakfast superb.The rooms are very good but you must take a luxury room which is very spacious.It also has a wonderful pool.The area is very vibrant and a short walk to Taksim or you can take the metro or a bus.Highly recommended hotel.
