Great location next to OSMANBEY metro station, in the heart of shopping hub and very close to famous nisantasi shopping street, the hotel is surrounded by many good restaurants and cafes.
The staff are friendly and cooperative, we enjoyed our stay at this home away from home hotel.
The quality of breakfast we ordered through room service was moderate and very basic.

The location is great, with plenty of activities (shopping, food, cafes) in the immediate vicinity of the hotel. We booked the largest room in the hotel, with a balcony that is almost the size of the room. It was a memorable experience

1. The waiter at the smog lounge refused to wear a mask in this pandemic despite politely asking him to please wear one as he tried to take the order. He came back with the order, again, without a mask on.
2. Their fire alarm was faulty and went off for no reason. I took the stairs alongside some personal belongings, racing to the lobby for my dear life, only to be told when I got to the ground floor that the fire alarm had issues. No apology was given and not a single staff felt any remorse.
3. Replacing the drinking water in the room after cleaning was such a big deal. I literally had to call and beg for it all the time.
This is NOTHING close to a 4 star hotel, let alone 5 star as it claims to be.

La Sagrada Hotel is famous for it’s location in the heart of Osman bay, The location is perfect! the metro is just in front of the hotel. I totally recommend it as a substitute for Taksim area.. Nisantasi is just few minutes walk away from the hotel; you can find plenty of sophisticated restaurants, a mall, and shops.

Since we are a family with children, the most important reason for me to write this review is that our room is cleaned with the same care every day. We came for dinner on the terrace on the top floor. We ordered Rose wine for 910 TL and one of the dishes, veal medallion.
One of the dishes had a rotten side dish.
And as far as wine goes, it turned out that they counted the most expensive wine for Rose, although they ordered something else and couldn’t confirm what it was, because the bottle was taken away. Keep in mind, check which bottle was brought to you already opened.

We visit Istanbul several times a year. Each time we choose the Lasagrada Hotel. It's like coming home. The hotel is very centrally located in Osmanbey. Nişantaşı can be reached on foot in just a few minutes. The staff is always very friendly, the rooms are very clean. Breakfast is very varied and good. The sky bar is also highly recommended.

Stayed with my family for 10 days. Hotel rooms are clean and spacious. They give free water bottles to each room every dayWhuch is a nice touch. Location is great, busy street and everything is close by. Breakfast isn’t the best but okay.Staff are great with easy check in/out except the creepy spa employee call in the middle of the night lol. Overall great experience I’d highly recommend
