A huge thank you! Such an amazing team and a beautiful hotel! The best experience ever.

From the moment I arrived at the hotel, it was clear that the staff at are all dedicated to providing an exceptional level of service. Every single person I met went above and beyond to ensure that my mother and I felt taken care of throughout our magical stay. The property is absolutely spectacular but one of the things that stood out to us the most was the attentiveness and thoughtfulness of the staff. They were always on hand to answer any questions we had. A special thank you to Seda and Cagatay for welcoming us and sorting us out with the perfect room. Both very kind and generous individuals who I am happy to have met. Also a special thank you to the entire Guest relations team but in particular Dina and Cyrine who really spoilt us with a new thoughtful surprise in our room pretty much every day. The rooms were always spotless clean and the housekeeping team are truly incredible people. In particular the room attendants Ayten, Ismahil and the very very kind supervisor Bulent. Every single staff member I met, truly went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. The breakfast buffet was also something that is worth mentioning! Their was so much variety and everything was so tasty! All the team in the restaurant were very friendly and thoughtful too. I would 100% recommend for everyone to try this during their stay. Another highlight of our stay was using their fantastic spa facilities. Again spotless clean and very well equipped. My mother and I were extremely impressed with The gym, pool, jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. We each had a treatment massage and I can say that the spa team are all very talented. I would also like to thanks the concierge and front door team who always took the best care of us. Welcomed us every single day with a big smile and were absolute life savers assisting us with taxis everyday. The front desk reception team and service centre were also all extremely helpful and very good at their jobs! I would recommend this hotel to absolutely everyone and anyone. Hotel's Favorite

Beautiful hotel and lovely staff

Stayed in September 2021 with family and loved everything about the hotel from the lobby to the rooms. Staff were all exceptional. Special thanks to Merve for making sure everything went smoothly and we even had an issue with one of the rooms and she immediately upgraded us. Perfect service.

Excellent experience!

Excellent experience! I loved every detail of our stay. Very clean rooms, fantastic view and hotel staff always ready to serve us in the best possible way. It was my wife's birthday and a very thoughtful surprise was prepared for breakfast and in the room where we were staying. It was also our honeymooon and a beautiful surprise was set in our arrival. The breakfast and the Chinese food at Shang Palace were amazing. Special thanks to Cyrine Sellami for her attention and care for every detail.

great service from Busra at Shangri -la Bosphorus. worth going there many times. highly reccomend. great service helpful

We had great service at the hotel from the spa to the lounge area. At lounge Büşra was very nice and helpful. Will definitely go back there. Definitely ask her about the membership details, its a great deal.

The best hotel in Istanbul

This hotel is the best, the staff is so nice and cute and I haven’t any problem with this hotel at all🫶🏽🫶🏽 Breakfast was the tastiest food and there are a lot of options so anyone can eat. I’ll recommend it to all my friends. Thank you for the best two days in my life❤️

Excellent all round service from the Shangrila, particularly from drivers

Excellent driver who took me around several nights Cagdas Isik First class service, friendly, efficient , absolutely excellent Overall he stayed late every night without any complaint and was most helpful always Rodney Miles

Luxurious opulence.

3 night stay in this superb hotel. Huge room. Amazing décor throughout. Reassuring security checks on entering. Oriental dining was amazing. Location worked fine. We taxied it to Sultanahmet. This is on the Conde Nast ‘50 Best Hotels in the World’ and you can see why.

Gozde Cicek Is the best hotel employee ♥️

Good afternoon. My review is no longer dedicated to the hotel, but to the employee of this hotel. We got into very bad weather and it was cold, but this staff member Gozde Cicek helped us decide and make the room warm, make an upgrade if necessary. This is the only person who responded to all requests. Thank you, I wish you good luck in your career and more people like this in the hotel. The service will be based on them. Thank you.

Shangrila Istanbul

Mr. Murat from Housekeeping is the best

Mr. Murat from Housekeeping is the best. He deserves to be recognized for his exceptional efforts. One of the best in all hotels. He should get promoted ASAP! He looked after my boss and paid attention to details and was smiling all the time. Good English too!
