Rooms were big enough but amenities were not great. Breakfast .... a reasonable spread but not fantastic. Location wise .... ok but otherwise there's Uber which is reasonable. Pool wasn't too bad although you do have to remember to wear a swim cap.
Generally ok hotel but Pls AVOID this hotel if you are Asian. The hotel staff look down on you as if you cant speak English. They dont know how to smile until you smile at them first. I think i need to teach this hotel how to run their business. I was very patient with the staff and still smiled at them even though the restaurant staff made us moved to a dark dirty corner near some rubbish trolley because we are ASIANS. When i wanted to ask about it, he pretended not to know English! How rude! I went to help a lady who had a problem with a toaster but i got scolded instead for putting a bun into the toaster. He scolded me saying' cant you read the label in English'!! It wasnt even me. I was just helping the poor old lady. But of course, im better than the untrained hotel staff, and just politely smiled in acknowledgement n moved away. Terrible hotel experience!…
the location is very bad and far from everything , the rooms are big and very nice , staff are good , breakfast is very good but its normal if we compare to other hotels in turkey as really their breakfast is amazing , price was very good comapring to others
I stayed at this hotel for five nights. I had no complaints up until the moment I realised the housekeeping lady stole my perfume. I had got dressed that morning used my perfume and placed it back in the bathroom. (this was just moments before she entered the room) During my stay my perfume was kept in the bathroom next to my toothbrush above the sink. Not an expensive one so I didn’t mind having it out. However it was bought in Dubai so can’t be replaced anytime soon as I live in London. She came in to clean my room so I stayed in the main area of the room while she cleaned the bathroom. She finished the rest of the room and waved me goodbye with a big smile and left. That day I did not leave the hotel room and she was the only person that entered enter the room. Hours later I realised the perfume was gone. I immediately called the housekeeping but they said I had to call back the following day because the housekeeping manager was not there. I called back the following day they then told me they investigated it and there was nothing missing. (how can you be telling me there’s nothing missing when I am the one that’s missing the item) so I explained the situation AGAIN that she was the only one that came into the room and I did not leave the room and that I had used it moments before. I made it clear that I was sure she had taken the perfume. long story short the woman denied it and the hotel did nothing about it. Not even a simple apology. So please beware of the housekeeping staff when leaving ANY items out. Because if any of your items do you go missing the hotel “management” will do nothing about it. This review was only voted terrible because that woman and the way it was NOT dealt with ruined my stay.…
During my trip period from 7-14 Oct, I traveled to many cities and stayed in 4 different 4-5 stars hotels but by far it has the best bed, pillow and blanket/bed cover. I slept so tight here. my room is spacious enough & clean. I didn't turn on the air con as the room was already cool. There's kettle, tea, coffee, complimentary bottle water. Breakfast was ok. Most Staffs speak English and friendly enough. It takes around 30 minutes to down town/old town of Istanbul (depend on traffic) by bus on Sunday morning and there's nothing around it.
