The location is a bit off the beaten path, but easy enough to get where you need to go, and staff always willing to help out. Just plan sufficient time for the traffic. Also possible to walk along the water to get to several nice restaurants in any direction. On that same note, delightful location to run along the water. All the staff I encountered, regardless of role were lovely and always helpful. Although far from many things travelling is easy by host of taxi from the hotel. Hotel staff are always happy to help with booking and making arrangements for things. Truthfully worth every penny. The hotel staff was very welcoming, and they have decorated the room with balloons, bringing cake, fruit, and wine. They did their best to make our stay enjoyable. We checked in at 2 pm, and spent 3 hours at the open pool, enjoying our drinks. The weather was so nice. We booked our room facing Bosphorus, so the view was wonderful. We ordered our dinner from the room service, and eat at the balcony. Sushi was delicious. So as the breakfast. Such a beautiful hotel with an absolutely breathtaking view from the rooms. There are so many positives about this hotel as it seems that every detail was considered and it was comfortable in every way. Was there for business and had multiple breakfasts and lunches there - all were excellent with plenty of variety. The location is a bit off the beaten path, but easy enough to get where you need to go, and staff always willing to help out. Just plan sufficient time for the traffic. Very good hotel with great welcoming staff, we couldn’t ask for better welcoming. Breakfast was great with all Turkish delicious dishes. We had the most amazing bosphorous view. The room was very clean and had all necessary amenities.

Best hotel I’ve ever resided in Istanbul, most polite, nice and cooperative staff, who were accommodating to our needs even before our stay actually started, concierge had made all reservations we had asked 3 days ahead of our stay, every one has a lovely smile on their faces and are ready to make your stay memorable. Rooms are big and clean, with a good view, breakfast of a good variety, and I loved outdoor pool, with its nice view and relaxing ambiance. Will be definitely back Special thanks to Mr. Fahri from concierge, his nonstop support made our stay memorable.

It is the most beautiful view in Bosphorus and best service in Istanbul. I highly recommend if you like to enjoy Bosphorus/Istanbul and be away from the central crowd. The hotel people are so friendly and professional. The food is also very tasty.
