Stayed here on 2 different nights. Firstly it is in a good location for travel on public transport or even walking around all the main sites. The frontage overlooks the Golden Horn and the evening views from the front are superb but sadly our 2 different rooms were at the back with little or no view. The worst thing about...

This hotel is located in a strategic location. It is central to everything you’re going to need in Istanbul. Breakfast need to be improved. Choose hi level floors. Ask for sea view room, ask for bigger room with good bed.

Stayed here as part of a tour for 3 nights in total during the last two weeks. First room was small and at the rear but have to say quieter than the front which faced on to a busy road which was noisy . Good view from front. Position not too bad only a 15 minute walk to Istikal street...

The room we were initially alloted was so stinky that we could not manage to stay inside for even a minute. The demeanor in which the complaint was accepted when the issue was raised to the reception was completely unaccepatable. There is no free water or tea /coffee in the room. The complimentary breakfast included soggy sausages and a very...

The Hotel is looking directly to the beautiful Golden Horn in Istanbul. Also it is 5 minutes walking to the famuous Istiklal Street. Besides it is again 3 minutes to the metro station, 5 minutes to the Galata tower. It is a typical 4 star hotel. Some rooms are old, need renovation.

Staying in Beyoglu

Neighborhood Profile
Beyoglu
Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening nightlife in close proximity. In striking contrast, Beyoglu’s less trafficked areas – such as the affluent Cihangir and the antiques district of Cukurcuma – exude Old World charm and provide contemplative calm and splendid diversion via an assortment of cozy cafes, attractive boutiques, and quiet lanes.
