Everything was amazing, the staff are so friendly helpful specially Younis, Mustafa, Sinan, and Kurban. They helped us a lot during our 15-day stay and they offer all the best to us, we sent them many requests before arriving and all of them were just as we requested, my husband's birthday was during our stay and they surprise him with cake and fruits on his birthday. The rooms are comfortable and cozy, the heaters are working perfectly, the breakfast was so good and delicious, each day there are different options in the buffet. The location is amazing, it's near everything, the blue mosque, Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazar, Metro Station, and restaurants. I highly recommend you to book in this hotel as you will have a valuable experience :) My 2 years old daughter loved the staff, the food, and all the hotel, she also recommended the hotel to you all, she will miss all the staff.

Please avoid this hotel. In all honesty this is not a 3 star hotel. 2 star would be generous. Extremely dusty rooms. The cleaners keep pecking and asking for tips and money to do a good job. The lift makes its own decisions. did you have rubbish in your room it’s your own fault. There is no bin in your room. Room service will wipe your room faster than Usain bolt did the 100 meters. Honestly i will never get a 3 star budget hotel again. It’s true you get what you pay for. I paid £31 per night for 6 nights. My own mistake. The breakfast made me depressed. The juices tasted like mouthwash. The best thing about the breakfast was the cucumber and tomato salad. It takes them 30 mins to refill something once it has finished during breakfast time. WiFi decided when it wants to connect. WiFi does not like when you want to FaceTime your friends and family. But it’s good enough. They don’t change your towels they don’t change your bed sheets or duvet cover. They won’t mop or hoover the floor. Or wipe the window or anything like that. Just a bish bash bosh and tamam.
Now let’s address some positives. The location is absolutely perfect. The staff in the lobby are VERY friendly and helpful and nice. Overall the lobby is a nice area. 3 star in my opinion is pushing it. 2 star hotel at the best.

Worst hotel we've ever been to. We booked via booking.com as irt seemed to have great reviews however when we got there they sweet talked us into cancelling with the website and booking directly with them offering a 'discount' to entice us. Unfortunately we fell for this to my biggest regret and ended up hearing our stay at the hotel. The hotel breakfast was a total let down. No fresh juice or fresh breakfast only overpriced. The buffet breakfast was mostly salad , cereals, jam and bread and a couple of sweets, and overcooked sausages and dripping scrambled eggs in a warmer. No fresh fruit except orange slices and this was never refilled when finishes. For the price we paid i have definitely had better stays and breakfasts. There were limited staff who were doing multiple jobs and constantly seemed unhappy. When we questioned them regarding management they couldnt answer out of fear of losing their jobs. The poor housekeeper seemed to be the only cleaning lady, very old and told us she was widowed and with 4 children. She sobbed in my arms on the last day complaining she was tired and showed me an operation scar on her back from falling down the stairs previously. I witnessed her lifting mattresses and heavy work and felt extremely sorry for her. The staff themselves were kind and friendly but it seemed the management was definitely stingy, controlling and abusing their rights. We had 2 rooms, a family suite and a twin room. At first me and my family 2 qdults and 2 infants were place on the 5th (top) floor which seemed very dusty and unused ina long time. The next day we were moved across the room from my parebts and siblings who had a family suite on the 1st floor. Out if these 3 rooms 2 of the minibars/fridges werent working, and the only working one had mould in it. The AC in our room was working initially but then would be off when we would return to our room. On calling the reception they would switch it back on so seemed cebtrally controlled and so we suffered a couple of nights in the suffocating heat in max 40 degrees before we located the AC panel in the room as there was no remote like the other rooms. The shower head broke after the first and day and on complaint wasnt fixed until the night before we were leaving.
Overall, lessons learnt but a dreadful stay. May have been a good hotel once upon a time but no longer. Overpriced for the stay and standards. Management are definitely stingy and I can understand the loss they may have incurred during covid and the countrys current economy but its definitely not advertised correctly and i wouldn't like anybody to have a ruined trip after spending so much money.

I feel obliged to say something about this hotel for other customers to know because I think that the installations, the reception staff attention and the room cleaning were really substandard. The only small lift close to our room was terribly noisy. The hotel was in a general state of abandon. The food at the breakfast buffet was not replaced..... there was no fresh fruit at all, but there were three big bowls of olives for you to choose from! and the fruit juices were horrible. I really wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

the staff arranged us a Tranfer with a car seat turned up with no car seat and a bad excuse when I had expressed the importance of this for us over WhatsApp. tired to help us with the hotels Vito to take us places as we was a group of 6 and wanted to stay together and basically ripped us off paying 600tl when we had found another one paying max 300tl don’t feel like they helped at all when they said they would. the rooms where horrible by far worse hotel I stayed in toilet seat broken and drink bottles from customer before left, bathroom absolutely horrible black mood in shower old. ceiling has slabs with gaps in makes you feel weird and like someone is watching. wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all spend your money and stay somewhere nicer.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights and the service that we received was outstanding. From allowing us to drop our bags 2 days in advance (and without charge) to making sure all our needs were met by going out their way to help us arrange visits, learn more about the culture and food of istanbul and making our airport transfer go as smooth as possible. We can highly recommend this hotel, not only because of its facilities, delicious breakfast and wonderful location (at walking distance to most landmarks) but because of it’s staff, the kindest you’ll ever meet: Berat, Mustafa, Sinon, Remsiye and Kurban, THANK YOU!

The location of this hotel is great if you want to visit the main attractions in the Sultan Ahmet side of Istanbul.
It's also close to the metro so you can get to the other sides of Istanbul easily.
Remziye and Sinan are great. Very helpful and accommodating during breakfast time. The front of house staff are also very helpful such as Yunus and the other gentlemen whose names I forgot.
Decent breakfast. Daily housekeeping. Suitable for families. Large family rooms. Lots of local restaurants to eat at.

Not enough natural light if your on the wrong side of the hotel.

The hotel room was dirty and there was a sharp item on the bed that caused me body harm. They changed the room.
There was rubbish hidden in different draws and the second room was dirty too. They changed the room for the third time on in less than 24 hours but I am now unable to leave the hotel room as the door does not lock and anyone without a key easily enter the room.
The manager refuses to speak to me and the receptionist lied to me that the manager would be in yesterday for me to speak to.
This is scam as what was shown and sold to me on booking.com is totally different to what I see and have experienced. They have ruined my new year's plans. I expect a full refund and cancellation of the reservation.
