This was my 2nd stay in Ibrahim Pasha hotel and hands down, this is one of the finest hotels I've stayed in due to several reasons: 1) Excellent location with The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Topkapi Palace and a street full of superb eateries. Moreover, the Grand Bazaar is not more than a 10 min. walk. 2) Comfortable rooms. 3)...

I'm not often moved to write reviews but I love this place. I love its location, the décor , and the helpful and friendly staff. The small details (a selection of carefully chosen CDs and books in the room, for example) make it seem a very different experience from most hotels. Really recommended !

The roof terrace with a well stocked bar and an amazing view of the blue mosque is just wonderful... to sip a cool drink and stare at the view is just magical please note bar prices are in Euros. Staff are really knowledgeable and so helpful. The morning breakfast offers, strawberries, melon, cake, selection of dried fruit, cheeses, meats, eggs,...

Spent one night at the Pasha and lives up to the other positive ratings. This is one of the great things about Tripadvisor that you get a glimpse at hotels before you stay and it is rare that Tripadvisor is wrong. As usual, this is exactly like other reviews say that it is --Boutique well placed and priced hotel. I...

The staff go out of their way to help all travellers, which is why I would 100% recommend this hotel. We are used to big chain hotels, this was a welcome change. It looks exactly as the pictures. Very close to everything and good value for money. I look forward to staying here again when next in Istanbul.

Can highly recommend this hotel. Great location and the staff are both friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good and so is the tea and coffee on the roof top patio. Get a deluxe room for the extra space.

A wonderful and reasonably priced small boutique hotel (boutique in all senses) located in a quiet street in the old Constantinople and close to everything. In fact, less than one minute and you are in the old Roman hippodrome. Rooms and common areas are tastefully decorated. Lobby occupies the whole first floor and is a great area to hang around....

Staying in Sultanahmet

Neighborhood Profile
Sultanahmet
With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.
