Great Hotel and Staff, Excellent Rooms and Very Very Clean and Modern, Would Recomend to anybody who want to stay close to bakirkoy its practically a block and a street away from bakirkoy marina and also close to bakirkoy and ataturk airport. Would stay again thanks a lot all off hotel's staff
At first, I'd like to say that this unbelievably bad hotel actually deserves -10 stars instead of 1 - but what could I do, they've got only 5 for use. Last time me and my family visited this hotel in summer because its pictures on booking.com seemed quite promising and made the rooms etc. look tidy and nicely decorated. Sadly, in real it is the complete opposite. When we first entered the hotel, we felt very uncomfortable because of the constantly bad smell which was in every room, at the reception, in the restaurant and in the hall. But how on Earth could we have known of this disturbing problem? If you want to go up the stairs in order to get to your room, you will not even see your own feet because there was no light. The personals are ok and helpful but the hotel is very bad! Never again and I can recommend one thing to the owner: open the window or do ventilation for the hotel and check how clean your hotel is! This will help u to get more business.…
I have now stayed at the Bakirkoy Best Western Tashan Hotel three times. It is a very well priced, clean and conveniently-located hotel. It reminded me of the comfortable bed and breakfasts in my home country. The management and staff are friendly and very helpful, Some of the rooms are a bit small, but the cleanliness and nice surroundings compensate for that. The price per room is very appealing, especially given its location. From Bakirkoy, all other parts of Istanbul are easily accessible by train, bus or taxi. A nice shopping district with stores, restaurants and specialty shops are within walking sistance (10-15 minutes). All in all: cozy, well-priced, clean and convenient. Certainly recommend it for short stays.
I asked the reception that I want to check the hotel for information and I was directed to meet the owner and manager. he hosted me and offered me food or something to drink, I asked for a cup of coffee only. he informee me the hotel is mostly booked by airpassengers because it isclose to Atatürk airport. It was orientally decorated hotel. Clean and reasonable priced. Staff had smiling faces. The manager sent me by hiscar and driver to a close distance where I wouldgo.
The staff was kind but everything else was medium quality!rooms were old and kinda small but clean! The restaurant was very low quality the food was not good and waiter gave you what ever beverages he wanted!three days I was asking for Coca Cola but never had but I was seeing in table next to me !also in dinner duty staff of the restaurant nobody speaks English There wasn't any option to stay anywhere else cause my company booked the hotel and payed also for full meals!
