I recently had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite Ritz-Carlton hotel, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of extraordinary. I was greeted by our guest experience manager Bora. He was truly an amazing guy, Bora went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was nothing short of perfect. My room got upgraded to a wonder signature room, that became the meat on the bun for my staycation in Istanbul thanks to Bora. I will definitely choose Ritz-Carlton again if I come back.

We stayed with my wife for 3 nights. The hotel is well managed. The business lounge is very good and convenient. We had a chance to meet the manager, Mrs Gulderen Budak, very friendly and nice person and great manager. Head of reception Gukan, very very helpful.

We had a fantastic time in the ritz, everyone was extremely helpful, especially Bora. This is by far one of the best hotels to stay in istanbul. The rooms were clean, the view of the Bosphorus was outstanding, and the food in every restaurant was out of this world. 10/10 would come again

Thanks to Çağlar, and Murtaza we had an excellent event. They were very helpful and professional. As an event manager i would definitely recommend this venue for hosting international events thanks to F&B team they had. Also hotel is a very nice place and had an excellent Istanbul view.

The property is amazing and the staff and their service is even more incredible. Bora really took care of us and care in us, and ensured our experience was incredible. The entire staff, from the hotel security, to the concierge, to housekeeping and even the hotel spa was amazing. It’s also worth mentioning that the Nobu in this Ritz is by far the best I’ve been to, and has the best views. Thanks Bora for the amazing service, as well as the rest of the team here.

A beautiful modern hotel with great service and a wonderful club lounge with great views. Excellent Turkish food at the Atolye Restaurant. The property is a short walk from Taksim Square and great shopping too.
