We had a great time visiting Istanbul and staying at the Conrad. One of the main reasons we booked is Hiltons ability to book connecting rooms. We booked a suite connecting to another bedroom as we are a family and like to be close to one another. Service was very good, special should out goes to Night Manager Aziz Atsan who helped us with some last minute things. The room was amazing, beautifully decorated and amazing views over the Bosphorus and all of Istanbul. Would easily and gladly recommend to friends and family coming to town.

The whole experience was very nice, from the day we arrived until we left. Breakfast was excellent with a wide range of food. Also the lunch buffet was very very nice. Cleaning was excellent, I give Çiğdem a 5 star for her effort in cleaning and for changing sheets everyday. The staff is sooo nice and specially Busra who is responsible person in the restaurant. I would love to come again to Conrad and recommend it for everyone.

This is our second stay here in the last two years. I am super happy to report my experience is exceptional. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, nicely appointed and are kept sparkling clean by the amazing housekeepers each day. The hospitality is top notch, with overwhelmingly positive experiences in terms of the generosity of spirit, kindness and warmth. Staff welcoming with positive attitude from the entry up to your room. The location is excellent. After walking around many other hotels here we are very happy to have chosen the amazing Conrad. My xtra special appreciation and thanks for the coffee area down at the lobby. Coffee was made by lovely Ekin amazing. Dilek and Sude are the best friendly staff i have met.

The food is amazing!! So much to choose from, great service by Büsra,Eltham and Tahsin. The hotel is spectacular with amazing and helpful staff and so many features. Rooms come with dental kits, vanity kits, shaving kits etc. what more could you ask for ?

A really top quality hotel. Booked at last minute due to flight cancellation and they couldn’t have been nicer. Big room which was spotless. Even got a free upgrade to the executive lounge as I was getting up early and going to miss breakfast. I I’ll definitely stay here again

The second you walk in to the premises there is a warm welcome from the doormen to the reception. Every step taken we felt like we were home. All staff in the lobby are amazingly professional and welcoming. I cannot express how much we enjoyed our stay at Conrad and cannot wait to return back! Location wise there is pretty much everything one needs at it's door step, you just take a 3 minute walk down to the district. This hotel is a PRIME example of excellent faultless management as we could see in every team members attitude.. Not to mention it was our second stay in Conrad and it only gets better. All staff are excellent but a very big thank you to Yasemin at Front desk for her warm understanding, Bulent doorman for making sure our taxi was always already and Dilek and Kubra for the most delicious Oat Ice Latte's every morning- It tastes better than Starbucks :)))) You all are amazing, thank you and hope to see you all soon!…
