Predivno iskustvo u samom centru grada. Top! Wonderful experience in the core of the city. The staff was literally flying aroubd us, they even carried our baby around us so we could eat in peace. The bedroom with four beds was really comfortable and clean, breakfast was excellent, and the restaurant view was breathtaking. All the attractions were at approximately same distance from the hotel. Top!
It's not my first time in the amazing old ottomane capitale, but this hotel amazed me with it perfect value of money, ideal location and professionnal staff. The breakfast and spa were perfect in the yasmak sultan, and special mention to the man who was charged of the housekeeping of our room (5113), the cute blong girl in the breakfast area who was always feeding the birds using the bread that remained in the guests plates, the girl in the repection of the spa area with her adorable eternal smile, and of course all the staff of the reception for their help and advices. I will come back the one of the yasmak without any doubt and i will recommend this hotel chain to anyone coming to Istanbul. Thanks for everything, u made our holidays memorable.
We switched to this hotel halfway through our trip and were very pleased with making the change. The rooms are tight, but clean. The service staff is exceptional with coordinating tours and airport pick-ups. Having the spa and the rooftop restaurant all in one facility are nice perks. The location is perfect for sight-seeing as you are close to all of the major attractions in the old city.
Hotel is located ideally for sightseeing, walking distance to Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. Tram T1 station is few steps away and you can easily reach any part of the city. For breakfast you have to cross the street, it is in Yasmak Sultan hotel, but really close. They are serving breakfast from 7 till 10:30 and there is a lot variety of food. Also you can you spa & wellness in Yasmak Sultan. Rooms are smaller and that is the price you pay for this location. If you are traveling with family, they offer family room with 2 separate (tiny) rooms, each with double bed and one bath. Also, there is an option of one room with 4 beds.
