This is a very honest review of this wonderful little hotel. We booked a standard double room but because it didn't have a bath and was a little cramped for 10 nights we upgraded. We were given a great deal to upgrade so we took it. The family room was much better, spacious, bath, huge shower which is powerful and roasting hot, loads of storage, modern. Some lights not working though. Small defects, easily fixed. Comfortable bed, heating, security box and there is also a lift in this hotel. There is some building work going on around the rooftop but it's because the hotel is undergoing maintenence and upgrade but it wasn't disturbing at all and the owner was very apologetic. The hotel is very peaceful and quiet which we loved! Very good location near main attractions. A short walk but its fine! There is a nice little bar around the corner and shops, take away, Everything you need. It's also close to the Marmara Sea. I would recommend booking a family room if you are planning to stay for more than a few days. If it's a short visit the standard double room is fine. The breakfast is not amazing and could be improved, maybe more fruit to offer or some healthier alternatives. The coffee is not great! But it was a quiet time of year too. Wonderful views from the breakfast room but again the hotel is under some maintenence probably before the busier season hits. Very friendly owner and staff, apologetic about building work etc. Do whatever they can to help. The owner even gave us a lift in his car to the centre of town. Great budget friendly hotel near to all main attractions. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you for everything!

Nothing is good about this hotel, DON’T TRUST the photos on sites and the RATE and the reviews . They’re not REAL. WC smells awful all the time. The wall are so thin that we could hear our next door snore .You can’t sleep well. There isn’t a safe box ,a table and tv doesn’t work. The bed is too small that our legs were out of it! The hotel is not clean at all. The location is not good , it is 20min walking to sultanahmet sq. I am wondering why it has a high rating, I think most of the reviews are FAKE.That was the WORST hotel I have ever been to.

The place was cosy, warm and beautiful. It was located near all the historical sites, Grand Bazaar and just a few minutes from the Marmara Sea. The fresh, new, lovely place had a lift, making it very easy for families with kids and lots luggage. All the members of staff were very friendly and welcoming. They happily receipted us with big smiles and a bowl of delicious sweets. The mouth-watering breakfast on the terrace with the sea view was devoured by many, if not all. Last but not the least, the free WiFi and complementary meals were just an addition to the amazing experience. I could go on typing forever and never manage to do justice. P.S. The manager has the cutest kid on the planet

The place was very cosy, nice and close to all historical sites. The people were also very friendly and they made sure to serve divine breakfast. They had a wide variety with lotsa different jams. To top it all up, you can enjoy your meal in the terrace with the relaxing sea view. They also had a lift, which is perfect if you’re with elderly people or kids.
