Lovely small hotel at the heart of Istanbul Anatolian side. I visit he cafe under the hotel when I have to be around that area. There are mostly young local people, university students etc nice to watch them spending some quality time. Price range is very acceptable even cheaper than you would expect. Recommend if you would be around

The air condition was not working, just blowing warm air. The window wasn't really an option because it was too loud. Otherwise the hotel is fine and the staff is very service minded.

It is located in the Altunizade neighborhood of Istanbul, close to the bridge and business districts in the Asian side. The hotel is mostly tailored for business people. Rooms are quite nice, spacious, efficient. Front desk efficient. Breakfast choices are limited but tasty. Amenities are quite decent compared to the size of the hotel. They provided a welcome fruit basket...

The Ramada is a nice hotel, the people are very very helpful. For a couple, our room although a double room was rather too small. I have seen larger rooms though.

Staying in Uskudar

Neighborhood Profile
Uskudar
Home to more than half a million residents, Uskudar on the Asian side of the Bosphorus is one of Istanbul’s most densely populated neighborhoods. Once a Greek colony, later a haven for people from across the Mediterranean and the Middle East, this gateway to Asia has been an active and diverse hub for eons. Still, visitors to Uskudar are often more overcome by its myriad treasures than by its many thousand residents. And with fairytale settings such as the “Maiden’s Tower” as well as grand examples of Ottoman Era architecture, plenty of parks, a gorgeous and lengthy coastline, and some of Turkey’s holiest sites, there’s no end to the sightseeing possibilities. Easily reached from the city’s European shores via a steady network of ferries, time spent in Uskudar reveals a “real life” Istanbul that many who experience find extremely fascinating.
