Detailed Reviews
We stayed at this property for 4 nights in the month of January which is considered the off peak season for travellers in Turkey. We had booked the Economy room for our duration as we would be out exploring for most of the day but we're upgraded to the deluxe room by the management which was quite a sweet gesture.
Let's start with location: the property is located in Sultanahmet which is the centre of attraction and is in close proximity of all tourist spots like Hagia Sofia, The Blue Mosque, and some more I don't recall the name of. The street adjecant to the property is quite buzzing and is full of cafe's, restaurants, shopping outlets, public transport and the Grand Bazaar.
Transport: the property is best accessed by tram and you can get off at Sultanahmet tram stop (500mts) or the one after that (300mts) from the property. Metro station is a bit further but still accessible. Taxi from airport will cost somewhere between 120-140 TL depending upon the time of the day and the honesty of the taxi driver.
Rooms: Rooms were quite decent with ample space for 2, somewhat of a sea view (not fully but partially), and all amenities and a very comfortable bed.
Staff and management: the personnel at this property are very friendly, everyone from the Front office manager: Ilker, the Guest RM: Huneif and the porter/bus boy who I did not get the name of, deserve a special mention as they very courteous and quite helpful.
Breakfast: The breakfast at this property was the best I had across the 5 different properties I stayed at during my stay in Turkey. The spread is fresh, wholesome, and quite appetising. FYI: they also have a rooftop restaurant which serves Dinner and Sheesha but we did not really get a chance to try the same.
Overall the stay was pretty good and at no point in the day or night does one feel unsafe in the surroundings here, which is a big plus for a tourist travelling from another country.

We stayed for four nights (five days) in Innova Sultanahmet Hotel Istanbul.
Hotel is located in Sultanahmed neighborhood. Haigha Sofia and Blue Mosque are about 5 minute walk away. Tram station is 2 minute walk. It is really great location. Grand Bazar is about 10 minute walk. Everything is so close.
Staff is very polite and proffessional, they informed us about everything and if we needed anything they were on our service.
We had free time from our check out until our flight back so we left our suitcases there.
Hotel arranged transfer from airport and to airport on our way back. The driver waited for us on airport.
We booked two rooms. One was Deluxe room with three beds and one was Economy room with two beds. Rooms are very clean and spacious. Bathroom was super clean and new.
Only thing that wasn't so great was third bed in Deluxe room because it was a sofa (couch) that turns into a bed and it wasn't really comfortable.
Also, Economy rooms have some building in front of window so there isn't any day light.
Deluxe rooms have small balconies (like French balconies) with partial sea view, there are buildings but you can also see little of sea :)
Breakfast was great - hot croissants, hot bagels, lots of everything...
WiFi was great, no weak signal! :)
Unfortunately we didn't had time to go to SPA that was in the price.
Anyhow, hotel is great and I highly recommend it! :)
P.S. For us it was cheaper to book directly from hotel then booking.com
You need to give them your credit card number and they charge it immediately but you can cancel it free until few days before your check in date.

In November 2019 we booked and fully paid for 5 nights at the Innova Sultanahmet Hotel in Istanbul in early June 2020. The coronavirus travel restrictions and quarantines meant that as at late March 2020 it was highly unlikely we would be able to travel from Australia to Istanbul in June.
We asked the hotel if they could offer us some concession for our "non-refundable" booking. They agreed to give us a full refund!
We were extremely grateful and thank them for their generous and compassionate attitude in this time of world crisis.
When we are able to travel to Istanbul in the future we will definitely be staying at the

We searched all of the reviews hoping to find the right hotel, right location, good people, great breakfast... After an exhaustive search I gave up and chose this hotel. WOW!!! Did I do good! Turns out everything about this property was superior. I have no idea how anyone could have a bad experience here. From the quick check in by a couple of super professional, friendly and nice staff, to having the bags brought to the room. Everything was perfect. Our room (408) was likely the best in the building, a balcony overlooking the front door and main street. Between the blackout curtains and the well insulated room we slept like babies. The beds were super comfortable with perfect sheets and comforter. The bathroom shower was huge with great water pressure and unlimited hot water. The room also overlooked the mosque and courtyard of the Sofia. As an added bonus, it is within walking distance of all the main attractions in the Saltanahmet area. It is also close (like 2 min or less) to hundreds if not thousands of restaurants and shops. The breakfast was absolutely great but was made even better by the wait staff; they are super friendly and helpful. They do have an add on menu to the buffet for a very small charge you can get cappuccinos, omlettes, cook to order eggs, etc. If not this hotel, at least get something next door or very close. I do not believe there is a better location for exploring this part of Istanbul!

I stayed at Innova for two nights with my friend. The receptionist was welcoming on arrival and we checked in very quickly. I was disappointed to find out that the terrace was closed as there was no mention of this prior to booking. I had seen the pictures and was looking forward to the scenic rooftop experience. I was also disappointed when I asked for an iron and I was told only in the morning and it was a paying service. I have had many stays in hotels and usually this is provided in the room. However, the rooms are spacious and comfortable and the location is great. We could walk only a few minutes to the main attractions like the blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar was also nearby.

An unforgettable experience of staying at this hotel. We'll start with the rooms-- he was on the 5th floor at our prior request, given on the top floor. The room is spacious with design elements of ceiling, common interior and bathroom. In the bathroom, all the liquids are in eco paper packaging, impressive. Very clean as a new one. Next, I'll talk about the restaurant, which is one floor above. From the 5th you can take the stairs or the elevator. As soon as we go into it, the word WOW pops up!!!! We have a panorama of the old town and a superb view of the BOSFOR with its caravans of ships. At the entrance, a welcoming receptionist, Bilal, meets guests and places them in an orderly manner at non-standard breakfast tables. The choice of breakfast dishes is simply limitless. Snacks in the form of hummus, eggplant caviar, zajiki, spinach roulettes, cheeses of 5-6 types, meat cuts, vegetables, crispy buns, other pastries, boiled eggs. At your request, the chefs will prepare different omelets or icing for you. There are delicious juices, drinks with lime and mint, coffee from the filter, melon, plums, peaches, watermelon, etc. But there's also the freshest honey in the honeycomb that stands in the frame. Such honey with melon!!!! Fire!! And when you enjoy breakfast so much, enjoying the views of the vast strait with the giant ships, you don't want to leave. We were complimented daily by Bilal with Turkish coffee, moving us to the nearby relaxation zone. Just great staff at the restaurant and the whole hotel.
Everyone's very sympathetic on the front. Quickly booked us a transfer to the airport for 32 USD, at our request brought glasses, toothbrushing kits.
The hotel has spa, massage, hamam, sauna.
The hotel is just chic. In the heart of historical Istanbul surrounded by pastry shops, Turkish restaurants, within 5 minutes walk Sofia, Grand Bazaar and various historical and iconic places, mosques.
I think the hotel is a five-star match. I recommend to everyone

+1
Four-star hotel located in the Sultanhamet area near the main tourist attractions of the old town. The hotel is close to the Cemberlitas tram stop, which makes getting around Istanbul very easy, and is surrounded by restaurants, shops and even close to a supermarket. Apart from its good location, it is well maintained, with spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms. The bed and pillows are comfortable and there is a kettle for coffee and tea in the room. Every day they put a bottle of water per person in the room for free. The breakfast on the top floor is quite good and varied and the dining room has excellent views of Istanbul towards the Bosphorus, the service is good.

Dear Haninfa 8,
It would be an understatement to say your service was exceptional. You exude kindness, warmth, friendliness and from a business perspective your professionalism is outstanding.

All of which I felt here. I’d give this 8 stars if I could.
My only gripe and this isn’t your fault is that I wish I could use the gym.
Your friend, brother and son.
Please promote Hanifa, to any job she wants. She’s my fave. Reminds me of my mother.

We visited Istanbul in mid January, 2020 and we stayed with Innova for 4 nights, initial 3 nights & then the last night was after our entire trip i.e 24th Jan, 2020. Skipping the location as from the previous reviews you guys already know it's located quite near to the monuments. Breakfast was excellent good spread & great quality. I would like to mention Mr. ILKER he was super helpful, charming & also gave us a free upgrade to ocean view room for our initial 3 nights. Another mention is for Miss Hunief (I'm sorry if I got the name wrong) she is the guest relations manager, she was very nice and helpful. Lastly the hotel for kind enough to store our heavy luggage bag till we returned for our last night again booked with them, since we started with Istanbul & ended our tour at Istanbul. I definitely recommend this hotel.

If u mean breakfast well its according to your booking whether u want breakfast included or not.
If u mean the food in the room well some of the stuff are complimentary such as fruits if they served it and the water bottles.
I will not recommend that you stay in this hotel. Although, four years ago, I had a very good service here, the service has drastically gone down as of July 2017. the staff is very rude and if you get into any problems, you can bet that they will not help you. Check out ADA Hotel that is not so far from this place and is in a very quiet neighborhood within walking distance of all the attractions.
The ADA hotel is not fancy but run by a retired doctor and they have very pleasant staff.
