Culture Romans Haute Couture Hotel is a very nice place. One of the best terrace that i visit in Istanbul. Very friendly Team and Management. You can find TV Cable, AC, Mini Bar...Their shisha (Hookah) is delicious and their food too. Its only 3 min walking from the Tramway and 10 minutes from Taksim. Its really a very nice place... More

Our stay in this Hotel has not been the experience we dreamed and read online. The manager has been hysterical and what has been promised to us, were not delivered. The purchase included massages, but we had to ask several times, and they kept postponing. It is located on a very noisy corner and they do not deliver room service, unless... More

This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed! This is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed! Rooms: I stayed in a superior room that was very big, clean and comfortable. Food: breakfast was very good. I can't comment on the restaurant but my friend liked the food from the a la cart menu. Service: service was... More

We have stayed in one of the 2 suites. A nice room, kind of noisy though. The price is rather high considering the location that is semi central. The internet connection was really bad for 3 days. According to the owner not their fault. The breakfast offers a lot of the same. No juices or water. We asked for fresh... More

I found the hotel very elegant and with a very good breakfast. Romans is great for family vacation with perfect location and nice views. It was better than any other place we've stayed in that area. My accommodation was very comfortable. The furniture and toiletries in our room were of high quality. For the price you pay, this is decent... More

The woman who I think is the owner is a little bit mad, and that kind of reflects in the decor! Roman is a good way to describe it! Cushioned doors - high ceilings and ornate moldings - the theme works really nicely - backed up of course by a minibar, cable TV and wifi, best of all, only 10... More

Staying in Karakoy

Neighborhood Profile
Karakoy
Sitting pretty with an age-old air about it, Karakoy is situated on the European side of the Bosphorus at the mouth of the Golden Horn. Perhaps the city’s most historically significant area, it’s currently one of the most happening parts of town as well. Here street vendors and alfresco fish restaurants line the banks of the Horn where the views of major attractions across the water rival Karakoy’s own key attractions, such as the iconic 14th century Galata Tower and the Museum of Modern Art. A major hub for local and international waterborne traffic, Istanbul’s commercial and maritime heritage remains as relevant and evident as ever in Karakoy. Commuter ferries mingle with luxury cruise liners at its busy port, ensuring a continuously cosmopolitan flow of people..
