Avoid this hotel if you want rest and have peaceful time. The hotel and food is good, but staff is inattentive and somewhat rude. We stayed in this hotel for a weekend getaway in August 2021. Unfortunately, we were disappointed. We jumped from the bed with door banging noise after 11 pm. We thought maybe a door was left open and banged with wind and went back to sleep. However, door banging noise continued after 15 mins and continued for a while. Obviously, it was impossible to sleep. Plus, because the walls were like paper, we could hear who was taking shower or using washroom too. So we were sleepless in the first night of our stay. I went to the reception and reported the door noise etc. and asked them if there is a warehouse in the floor we stayed. The answer I got was interesting: “This is a honeymoon hotel.” I could not understand what it is to do with honeymoon hotel and door banging. If it was a honeymoon hotel then it should be quieter and the walls should not be like paper for obvious reasons. The receptionist said that we should have reported the noise at night so they could do something. I told them that if I knew who was banging the doors, I would do something myself. There is no point calling them at 12 am. I suggested them that they could send a note to all rooms about being quiet at night. They said that it was not possible. So we decided to sleep during the day as we could not sleep at night. Unfortunately, it was impossible to sleep again. Door banging continued. I was angry so when I heard the door banging so I jumped from the bed, opened the door and shouted “Be quiet! Don’t bang the doors!”. I saw a hotel staff was walking away, maybe it was him. To sum up, we decided to end our weekend getaway. When we were checking out the receptionist told us that she asked the hotel staff about the noise and they said that a room across our room went down to the bar couple of times at night. And receptionist told us that some hotel staff is staying in the same floor with us. That answered all the questions. The room hotel staff is using was next to our room. When I asked before, the receptionist told me that there is no warehouse in our floor. On the top of everything, the receptionist did not show any sing of embarrassment or sign of feeling upset for us. Did not even offer us a different room. So we returned home sleepless and angry. To sump up, if you stay in this hotel, you will not rest and if you stay in room 11, you will not sleep. Now we are trying to get our money back for the nights that we did not stay in the hotel.

We spent almost 5 days in this place and it was absolutely amazing. Food was delicious, the staff was so kind and the best thing about this hotel was its nature. We fully charged ourselves mentally and also physically. In addition to that, our room was so clean - they applied all requirements of Covid period. Good place to go for sure. I strongly recommend.

This is a place where you can rest all day with piece. Just near the river, with a georgeous view. The staff is extremely polite and helpful. The food is delicious, dont even pretend to eat somewhere else. Because there is no good restaurant in the village center. It has a free parking area. The facility doesnt accept children under 12 year old.

When you look at the photos uploaded by accommodation, it looks much better than in reality. I would say accommodation is average, rooms are old because there was smell which was similar to old furniture or old building...we don’t know, but something was unfortunately really smelling. The garden and terrace by the river is beautiful, it’s nice place to rest but actually in Agva there is nothing else to do. We went to ATV tour which didn’t worth the money for just 30 min. I don’t understand why other people like Agva so much. When we arrived to the accommodation we were hungry so we ordered food at the restaurant, the waiters didn’t even look to us, so we asked for menu (btw prices are not so low for accommodation like that), when we got menu, nobody again came to ask us for order. The food was average too, I had fettucine alfredo and pasta was incredibly overcooked. After finishing food again nobody came to take plates...service was really poor. The best what really worths is breakfast, there is so much kind of food, all was so good and yummy.

In the middle of no where, a place where we all need to be in this modern noisy world lies the Green line Guest house. Set by the river side, cozy rooms, friendly staff, joyful atmosphere, quite village, good food, I loved the place, the area the sound of silence. if you are a couple and want a short escape this is a definite destination.

There is not much to see in Ağva besides hiking. But Greenline is a perfect place in the woods next to the river where you can relax at the weekend from all the stress from the city. The staff is extremely friendly, rooms are cozy and clean. Breakfast is great and the sitting area next to the fireplace is amazing

Enjoying nature in a beautiful atmosphere. Great hosts and service. All extremely nice and professional people. Rich and delicious turkish breakfast by the river is the best way to start the day. The room was nice and comfortable, good shower. Definitely great place to come if you want to be alone and chill. Also a great place to come for a romantic weekend. Also great for a group of friends to have quality time together.

Very nice place in the heart of the nature by riverside. Beautiful and big garden where you can enjoy the nature and relax. The atmosphere all around the hotel is very relaxing and you can feel like the time has stopped. The breakfast that hotel serves is fantastic. That is one of the best breakfasts I had ever. Very organic food nicely served. In general the restaurant is very nice. We had our lunch at the restaurant and liked the food and decided to have our dinner at there as well which was a very good decision. The service at the restaurant was really good and waiters are very friendly and helpful. Location of the hotel is a 25 mins by foot from the center but unfortunately it is not the best walking route so you should consider hanging around by car. Hotel has got their own garden for car parking. Rooms are big enough, clean and nice but unfortunately the bathroom was a little bit small and not well constructed to move in. All in all the hotel is really very nice one and if I visit Ağva again I can stay in this hotel for sure.
