It's not the easiest hotel to find with all the one way streets in Yesikoy but if you want to stay in a traditional Ottoman house then this is a good option. We had a triple bed room with a balcony and a partial sea view. While the room could do with some redecorating and may not be to everyone's...

We stayed here for one night during a layover, having already spent a couple weeks in Istanbul and around, and it was a super cute old house in a lovely seaside neighborhood that is also a 5-minute cab ride from the airport. the owner is nice and funny and also speaks great English as he used to live in Chicago....

We were looking for an "airport hotel" with a bit of charm and good value. We found it! Yesilkoy is the name of a lovely, tree-lined neighborhood just 3 kilometers from the airport.
