Try to get your room on the main street (Siraselviler st.) it's much better & of course standard rooms are better than economy rooms. The problem is only in the Wi Fi connection : 1 person in... The hotel could really use some restyling, but overall it was comfortable, clean and in a great location. Nice breakfast with a lot of variety and changing every day. The staff at the reception was friendly and helpful. Although the wifi connection was terrible... could barely use the internet during my stay.

I booked 2 rooms for 4 nights. The lady at reception was friendly and helpful but what made our experience bad is the guy staying at reception on Saturday at 20.00 when I asked him if clubs are open due to what happened in Ankara he was no challent to answer me. As if I don't exist. Then when I... More

Staying in Beyoglu

Neighborhood Profile
Beyoglu
Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening nightlife in close proximity. In striking contrast, Beyoglu’s less trafficked areas – such as the affluent Cihangir and the antiques district of Cukurcuma – exude Old World charm and provide contemplative calm and splendid diversion via an assortment of cozy cafes, attractive boutiques, and quiet lanes.
