Would have rated Levni 5 stars if not for their air conditioning system which kept the room temperature uncomfortably warm. The system was not adjustable from the room. Upon complaining about the situation, was told that the air conditioning would be repaired the next day. Had to open the window for the night to let in relatively cooler air from the outside. Other than the air conditioning, experience in Levni was quite positive. It’s a hotel worth booking again if they could address their air conditioning problem.

Great hotel in a very central location …,ideal for visiting the Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia and the Basillica Cistern. Hotel is next to Marmaray subway and the tramway is a short distance away. Room was comfortable and clean and the towels changed daily. The hotel has a rooftop terrace with spectacular views of the city and Bospherous. Good choice at breakfast. The hotels greatest asset is its staff … accommodating, welcoming, knowledgeable and friendly. Lots of places to eat … Kempinski Ciragan Palace is a must and the mezze 360 roof terrace restaurant. A Bospherous boat trip and the Dolma Bahce Palace also recommended. Taxis are cheap although the traffic is absolutely horrendous. There are traffic jams everywhere. Most taxis will fix a price because of this. A taxi from Istanbul airport to the city should cost around 350tl - 450tl … usually a fixed price. Allow at least 1.5 hours to get out of the city back to the airport …

We stayed at the Levni Spa hotel for 5 nights in Sept 2022. From the moment we arrived we were greeted with a big smile and the check in was smooth. It was at check in that we met the delightful Mr Nuril and his wife. Throughout our stay they were both so helpful with recommending places to eat and visit Nuril also arranged an excellent personal guide to take us around. Istanbul – Mr Omar . He was very knowledgable and knew all the shortlists to avoid the long queues. He also took us to an amazing café for lunch. The hotel is in one of best locations in Istanbul- there is a metro station literally across the road and everything is walkable distant . Although you are right in the middle of the city the hotel was very quiet. There was some building work happening next door but this did not disturb us at all. The room is a good size and the water is replaced everyday. The bed was very comfortable and free Wi-Fi 😀. There is a beautiful spa on the ground floor – very clean and looked the Turkish Hamman. We also would like to say thank you to all the staff at breakfast who greatly us every morning with a big smile and were always so helpful. Thank you to Nuril , his wife ( sorry can’t recall her name ) and all the wonderful staff at Levni hotel & Spa for my making our stay so wonderful and we can not fault anything . We highly recommend it and look forward to our next visit. Jasmine & Martin

Positive: 1. The food, and view from the hotel terrace restaurant. Thanks to this aspect it was worth staying. 2. Excellent front desk service 3. Varied breakfast. 4. Location: ok Negative: 1. The gym. The air conditioning never worked. Great disappointment because one of the reasons for choosing this hotel was for its gym. Another crazy thing: the opening hours were from 11 am to 9 pm. First hotel that I stay with such impractical hours to train. 2. Room air conditioning: It was activated only from the front desk. If I am going to stay in a 4-star hotel, I want to control the temperature in my room myself and not depend on the reception to raise or lower the temperature. Terrible. If I return to Istanbul I would not stay in this hotel again.

A very good hotel.....we stayed here for 10 days at our first visit to Istanbul. It's a good place in center of the city....It's in neighborhood of every place you want to see. In front of the hotel you have the metro, so you can reach really every place in the city. The rooms are top, the breakfast is good.....And the restaurant on the roof has an amazing view on the Boshporus .....where you can eat "a la carte" in a good way. I must thank mister Nural who is an excellent guest manager. he helps you with everything and let you feel at home in the hotel. Other staf members are also very friendly and help you with everything. For mister Nural problems don't exist only solutions. For him I would come for sure back. Also a thank you to mister Mustapha of the restaurant who gave us almost every day a good time in the restaurant. Only one thing you must get used to the prayers of the mosque especially in the early morning.....but after some times you don't hear it anymore.... I recommend this hotel for sure......

Hotel Levni & Nural accommodated our family of 10 so well! We had an amazing stay - lovely rooms, beautiful rooftop and such kind staff. The hotel is also very close (5 min walk) to the biggest sightseeing attractions. We highly recommend Hotel Levin to anyone visiting Istanbul!!

This is a lovely hotel close to the metro, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar, the bridge/port area, and lots of shopping, coffee shops, and restaurants. The rooftop restaurant is fabulous, especially the lamb chops, and was just what we needed after an overseas flight. We had some issues with the a/c on our last night which made for a restless night, but the manager explained the next morning that there was a power outage during the night in that area of the city. The daily breakfast was wonderful with lots of fresh fruits and vegetables. The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms were immaculate with plenty of space - we had a good laugh over the elevator "buttons" which my jet-lagged brain wanted to repeatedly to push/press, but required sliding your finger up or down!

My family and I (husband, wife, son 22 years old and daughter 14 years old) spent a week in this hotel in Istanbul. We are completely satisfied with everything: the rooms are beautiful and very clean with comfortable beds, and the breakfast is something to look forward to (I especially enjoyed the coffee and the lovely fruit salad). The restaurant at the roof has (apart from tasty grilled meat, fish and much more) a truly breath-taking view of Istanbul, and the spa service - with the typical turkish Hammam procedure - is a very convenient alternative to the public baths, especially if you travel with children or young girls. And the best of all: the staff and guest relations manager mr İnciler: smiling, friendly, helpful and very competent - so professional! We felt so welcomed. We can strongly recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit Istanbul. The position is also perfect - about 10-15 minutes’ walk to AyaSofya / Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Hippodrome and the Topkapı Palace. As an extra service the hotel offers their guests a private guide the first day of the stay to a very convenient price. We accepted this offer and had a most interesting day together with ms Işil who is deeply versed in ancient history, Christian and Muslim history as well as the history and culture of modern Turkey. We can strongly recommend this guide service too. We hope to be beck soon in our new "home" in Istanbul!
