The location of this hotel is a major plus point. It's located within walking distance to most of the sites and also to a tram stop which is very convenient. The decoration of the rooms is from the Ottoman era and very nice. We took the family room and it suited my family very well and was comfortable. Breakfast was good and we could have options of freshly cooked food as well. Also, we had a very good guide while in Istanbul. Very informative, fluent in English and friendly. His contact number is +905357274849. HIs name is Numan.
We had a great stay at Hotel Sultania. It's in a perfect location in Old Istanbul, within walking distance to all the sites, in a safe area. The staff was awesome. They did everything they could to make our stay comfortable. Anything we needed they took care of including ride to/from the airport (about $50 US one way), Spa reservations, dinner reservations, lined up a walking tour for us, and just generally took care of us. The property and rooms have a Turkish design to them, and the property is clean and in great condition. But the staff is the real plus here -- just did everything they could to make us feel special and taken care of. Great value as well.
The hotel is located in the old part pf the city. . We loved the decoration and the cleanliness. The staff is very professional and the vreakfast is very delicious We will definately come The hotel Olive restorant and spa
We are travelling 3 friends from Kazakhstan and it is our first time in Istanbul. We stayed at Sultania hotel and could not be happier . The hotel is in the central location very convenient to the main attractions and but what made our trip the best is the staff. From the minute we entered to the hotel the front desk greeted us and helped us with their recommendation The breakfast is very delicious and olive restaurant and spa were also very worth it Thanks to our travel agency West travel aktaun that they recommended to us

First time in Istanbul for my 50th birthday and we could not have chose a more wonderful hotel !! We chose the birthday package and were greeted by the room being decorated beautifully with balloons and the most delicious cake and a lovely birthday dinner at the fabulous olive restaurant Thank you Gulsen for arranging everything so beautifully and being so kind and helpful during our stay. The hotel is situated close to the Hagia Sophia and blue mosque and just a short walk to the grand bazaar. The tram station is also very near. The rooms are decorated so wonderfully. It is such a special place. Our room was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. Breakfast is delicious and all the staff are wonderful and so friendly and helpful with any request. Thank you all for making our stay so wonderful and special. We are sad to leave this beautiful place. We plan to come back as soon as possible and would recommend this hotel to everyone…
First time staying in Istanbul and could not of chose a nicer hotel. Staff all very helpful and friendly, rooms so unique, spotless and beautiful, breakfast and afternoon snacks delicious. Very convenient location situated a 5 min walk from blue mosque- perfect. Thank you all for a lovely stay can’t wait to return.
A wonderful boutique hotel located a stone's throw away from Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace and Gulhane tram station with wonderful restaurants along the road. The staff were exceptional. They all truly went out of their way to make you feel apart of their family from the welcoming gentlemen at reception (Mr Mesut, Arafa and Semih) to the wonderful ladies at breakfast every morning (Cemile and Rabia) who so graciously made wonderful, delicious poached eggs for my friends and I, to the doorbell boys and finally to Gulsen( what a pure gem of a human being!). We were 3 younger friends visiting Istanbul, she understood so well and aptly that we wanted to see some local turkish places, travel with mostly local transport and eat at quintessential turkish places and she provided great advice with help like a friend would. We noticed she assisted other travellers according to their needs (older crowd versus a family with toddlers). With regards to the room the beds were really comfortable, there were enough plug points, charging points and the room service lady did an excellent job with daily clean towels, ample supply of toiletries and bottled drinking water. They even delivered warm milk upto the room for us to make tea/coffee! The continental breakfast was delicious with great variety of both East and West options. An overall exceptional stay!…
