The staff and owner here are absolutely incredible, super friendly and helpful with a smile around every corner. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in the area, I recently spent 7 nights here and I think I will miss this Guest house more than Istanbul itself....More

There is the terrace you can see the sea. It's very beautiful viewing. And breakfast is huge and tasty. The dormitory is clean and big. And the cost isn't expensive. I was fully satisfied with them. Thanks!!
Of my 5 times in Istanbul, 3 were at Agora. No regrets in any of them. Close to Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, Underground Cistern, Topkapi Palace, Hipodrome and to tram station. Affordable prices. Breakfast included. Complimentary tea and instant coffee available. Clean rooms and bathrooms....More
With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to
retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.

I agree with the answer above, no lift, a few steps from the street to the first level where the reception desk is, and certainly steps up to the 3rd floor where the breakfast is served, so probably not best if a lift is needed. I hope that is helpful.

"Big mixed room downstairs is close to the bathrooms, so more chances of being noisy."
