In general my stay at this hotel was good. Location is very good; close to most Souks and shops. Hotel is quiet and no major issue to interrupt your stay. Rooms and toilets are very neat and clean although they are small. Breakfast is very delicious and varied. Swimming pool is good with nice view.

The hotel looked nice and would be perfect for a short stay, except room was too little for 3 people, and while showering the shower door just collapsed and there was glass everywhere. Thankfully no one was hurt. The breakfast was very nice, though it was the same food every morning. Would we stay there again? - No.

Very small room, we stayed on the 6th floor and the room had a very tiny (not more than 50/50 cm) window, not a normal window, even when we made the reservation, we booked a room with a balcony. My sister stayed in a room with balcony, but do not imagine that the balcony was a real one, was a large window that opens on both sides with a sill (not more than 10-15 cm) outside the room. The bed was small (if you are taller than 1.80 m, you will have a problem, your legs will be out of bed, when you sleep). The same problem at the shower, if you have more the 90 kg or you are a pregnant women, it is not enough space to enter in the shower cabin. To have an idea about size of the room, they placed only one nightstand beside the bed because was not enough space for two of them. Minibar was not a real minibar, was an empty fridger. All spa facilities are for a fee (only access to the pool is free of charge); where we stayed at 4 stars, we paid for the massage and hammam. The steam and dry sauna was free of charge. Like a plus, kind and very helpful staff, buffet breakfast (even if, for 3 days was the same dishes). There are a lot of details the can make the difference...is far, far away from what we saw that is meaning 4 stars (and we travel quite often).

Excellent hotel! Very nice hotel stuff, wonderful conditions, good position in the city, everything was quite ok! I will recommend to any traveler by Istanbul. We much enjoyed our visit to Istanbul and also because this Hotel met with all of our expectations. I have nothing to recommend for improving, as everything was very good.

I did be in zagreb hotel for 4night with my two friends (6 Feb , 10Feb), zagreb hotel was terrible, their room was smallllllll and there isn't any free space even for your suitcase!! Their windows were terrible and noisy also their bed was noisy and old and uncomfortable, there isnt any facilities in their room(only LCD...),the worste part of their room is, bath, woow, terribleeeee, there isn't any plastic slippers in it!!!! I did call to reception and ask it but they said to me it isn't in 4 star hotel package😂 dirty bath with any hotel bath package such as toothbrush, shaver,.... (only shampoo)... Breakfast was a little normal, hotel is in good location, finally,i will never return to this hotel, only a negative point in my istanbul trip was zagreb hotel!!!
