We stayed in their suite with a great view on the sea and Blue mosque. The room was very clean, beautiful and the hotel is very well located next to restaurants and famous blue mosque. The best part of this hotel is the host. They are very helpful with a warm welcome, which made us feel like home. Will definitely come back!

We came to istanbul for 4 days for a stopover before we come home. The taxi driver decided to stop on a hill because he couldnt get through so that was annoying dragging suitcases. That wasn't the hotel fault Because when we were coming back home the taxi did pick us from the hotel so you can get through. We booked a budget room but got upgraded to deluxe double room we was nice but then had to carry suitcases to stop level but the owner helped. Emer the owner he us advised on where to go in Istanbul explained the attractions. The room was really nice i have stayed in and shower was very powerful. The hotel is walking distance about 10 mins walk to hagia Sofia and bit further walk to all the attractions and tram. I would suggest to use the tram if you want to go to malls or other attractions it is so much easier and cheaper. You save so much time the traffic is crazy so you waste so much time. So breakfast honestly it was awful but that is Because we dont like traditional turkish brekkie if u like it then your ok. But honestly the years i have been in istanbul all the breakfasts are like this. They gave different kinds of fruits so i had that with my tea. Personally i enjoyed my stay the staff are really helpful, location is perfect. The room is cleaned and if you want your room cleaned they will do it because they dont just go in your room without your permisssion. Would i stay here yes,if they can improve the breakfast and had i lift it be perfect. But you can ask the staff to carry your suitcases if need being they helped us. All the staff was nice the lady in the kitchen who served us breakfast she looked moody dont know if thats her face but she was miserable. Evenings are quiet so you have a good sleep. There are resturants and shops around which is handy if you need water or junk food.

We stayed 4-5 nights on the top room. The room had its own terrace but it was missing a barrier between the toilet and the bedroom. It wasnt convenient at all. We need some privacy to do some business. Also i was expecting somebodywash which wasnt available in the shower . Apart from that everything was pleasant. The hotel manager Fehmi was very friendly and helpful. He would plan for us our trips; where to go and which agent would give us the best price. His music was very soothing. The hotel was just just 5 mins walk away from Hagia Sophia. The breakfast was a mezze of fruits and spreads. So i would say a good hotel at the perfect location with good staff.

Directly in the heart of Istanbul´s Old Town but located in a silent corner. Nice staff (especially Fehmi, such a kind gentlemen!) and delicious breakfast, authentic room design made us fell in love with this hotel. You would not regret staying at this place. It is a good quality place with good quality people.
