The. location is certainly a great feature, , literally two minutes from the cistern, the fountain in fountain in front of Topaki palace. Our first room was postcard sized, but they happily upgraded us next day to a larger room with view and a balcony....More
Our 1 night stay at Anadolu hotel was memorable. Staff was very helpful. They also booked an airport shuttle for us. After checkout, they kept our luggage until the airport shuttle came to pick us, which was 4 hours after checkout time. 5 minutes walk...More

We were a group of 6 divided into 3 rooms. They gave us very different rooms than what was booked. Our rooms were in an apartment out of the hotel. My room had no tv,...More

With so many unmissable attractions within a mere stroll of each other – and all set around the site of an ancient Byzantine hippodrome – Sultanahmet is an overwhelmingly popular tourist destination, and a prime location for visitors to be wowed on a truly epic scale. Beyond the wonders of the Blue Mosque, the Hagia Sophia, Topkapi Palace, and more, this relatively small area of Istanbul somehow manages to
retain an air of peace and calm. It offers visitors a significantly less celebrated but nonetheless pleasant network of quaint lanes and side streets, majestic panoramas of the Bosphorus, and an impressive assortment of accommodation options for all budgets and tastes.

I don't know about the extra beds but the staff are so helpful I imagine they will do whatever they can. We were met at the airport by a courtesy bus that they arranged and dropped at the bus station by a taxi arranged by them. The man at reception also instructed the taxi driver exactly where we had to be dropped off.
