Witt Istanbul Suites

Certificate of Excellence
Witt Istanbul Suites has an excellent location within walking distance from Istanbul's business district, Istanbul Modern museum and the buzzing bars and boutiques of both Beyoglu and Cihangir. All 15 suites span a generous 60m2. They are popular for long-stay guests as each has a Carrera marble-clad kitchenette with microwave, fridge and Nespresso machine. The super-cool beds with curved headboards and the laptop desks have been especially designed for Witt Istanbul Suites by Autoban. Sheets and towels were also commissioned from Denizli, a famous purveyor of Turkish linen. Cable TV, an excellent DVD collection, ipod docks and a welcome gift of multi-coloured macaroons are indulgent touches. But it's the bathrooms that make these suites really special. The ergonomic Corian sinks with pebble-shaped handles and the cluster of shower-heads that create a cocoon of misty hot water are all from designer Ross Lovegrove's Istanbul collection from Vitra.

Istanbul’s most famous street, pedestrianized Istiklal Caddesi (Independence Avenue), throbs day and night and offers a fantastic array of architectural sights, shops, treats, and throngs upon teeming throngs of people. At the avenue’s northeastern end is expansive Taksim Square, thought by many to be the very heart of the city, with many of Turkey’s most renowned restaurants and some of Europe’s most happening nightlife in close proximity. In striking contrast, Beyoglu’s less trafficked areas – such as the affluent Cihangir and the antiques district of Cukurcuma – exude Old World charm and provide contemplative calm and splendid diversion via an assortment of cozy cafes, attractive boutiques, and quiet lanes.

All we were able to say during our stay was WOW. We came home and told all our friends and family about this hotel, 3 of which have gone on to book and stay there themselves.

As soon as we checked in, we were treated like family. The hotel is small enough that the service is per

Get a room with a terrace....the view from mine is the same others pay to see while dining at tons of restaurants in Istanbul. We spent many an evening ordering food and getting wine from grocery up the street, and just taking in the magic of Istanbul.
And breakfast is perfect...

Is the penthouse the only room on the top floor? If not what divides the balcony from the room(s) next door?
A planter box with thick and tall plants...

Hi, There is about 300$ difference between the "Grand Deluxe Double Room" and "Double Room with Panoramic View" (for 4 nights) and I wonder if the "panoramic" is worth it.. 1. can someone please provide their feedback? 2. the "Grand Deluxe Double Room" has any view? or with no windows at all? Thanks in advance
Our first night of a one week stay was on the 2nd floor with a view over to an apartment block so we had to keep blinds closed. We requested a change and had room on 5th floor with good views, but wasn’t classed as panoramic view, so presumably not as expensive. The website seemed pretty unclear as far as I remember, also I think the panoramic view rooms are smaller. Can’t you email and request room with partial view, sorry don’t remember our room number. The roof garden is lovely - there are plenty of corner shops selling alcohol nearby, if you want to save on the extortionate hotel prices for drinks and snacks too!

Hi , Do you have smoking room ?
I don't believe that there is a smoking room. But there is a wonderful, freely accessible, roof garden where smokers can sit and enjoy the best view of Istanbul
