The room was small, the stuff were not welcoming. The cleaning stuff were not changing the sheets frequently or cleaning the room properly. I do not recommend this hotel to any one.the best of all the pool was on renovation we couldnt enjoy it, the fitness room was had 3 machines 2 of them were not working.
The location was perfect as well as lobby and surrounding. Check in and check out also comfortable, although economy rooms were too narrow - we did not feel unpleasant. Reception boys spoke good English which is seldom in Istanbul :) Breakfast was poor comparing to price, mostly eggs, cheese and one type of sausage. And reception boy booked Taksi for us who took 1 km away from our needed location and driver told us that the mistake was from reception. They often lie but reception should at least check with Taxi company. Overall - it was nice!
as you know Istanbul city is full of wonderful places for visiting and enjoying.u can enjoy palaces, historic places, foods and shopping so u should not stay in hotel. if u want use all of these benefits and have a good access to the main street of the city and also galata harbor for a ship trip, and have a high quality beds, showers, breakfast, cleaning, and a suitable indoor pool i recommend u to stay here. tnx alot tulip pera for the period of my staying but you should keep going to cover few of your your weaknesses such as massage, gym.
Me and my partner, we loved our stay in Pera Tulip Hotel. Our Receptionist ONUR, was not only profissional but very, very kind (sorry for saying this but we dont find such a friendly person in Turquey). The hotel couln´t be better situated.... Pera zone is really the best place for a turist in my opinion, because is safe, is a 1 minute, or 5 minutes walking to the wonderful museums, Modern Museum and Pera Museum, another 5 minutes walking to the well known Istiklal Street, and Galata tower... and is so near of the transports to the other side of the bridge to find the magic places and the real atmosphere of istanbul (monuments, mosques and bazars). The hotel was great, well cared, modern furniture and we had the fortune to stay in the 6th floor with a wonderful sight from the Gold Horn, in a suite with jacuzz, and we were gifted with a bottle of wine and fruit.... it was the cherrie in the top of the cake.!We also want to say that we appreciated in the checkout the cares of the reception young guys , Yetiscon and Berk, they were very careful while we were waiting for the also magnificent transfert to the new airport ( that was very good, a big mercedes!! ) and also arranged by ONUR, a safe and for a reasonable price transfert (sorry for saying this..but taxis in Turkey must improve their services... ).For all this, surely we will certainly recommend it.…
Well the hotel was situated on a narrow street and therefore there were not so much noise. There were a couple of small stores nearby to buy some drinks and snacks. The metro-station was close by and within 200 m there were also some pretty good restaurants. The hotel was worn out but our room was quite comfortable. The balcony and bathtub were great. The breakfast was average.
