Excellent prices and upgrades Available. The spa and restaurant area brought a modern vibe in this timeless city. We truly enjoyed our stay as well as all the amenities. The comfort of the room, (we had a garden view balcony) view, bed, and water pressure are all superb! You won’t beat the location! Also our favorite restaurant. Most importantly, the wonderful staff made us feel so welcome, even ordered McDonald’s for us on a random request! Thankyou:)

I had occasion recently to need an 11 night stay in Istanbul. That would enable me to get home to my family without being imprisoned in a UK airport hotel for 23 hours a day. After some research I chose the Gezi Hotel. What a smart choice that proved to be. The location was fabulous - just across the park from Taksim Square and all the various transport options there. Using the furnicular meant the river was only 5 minutes away and no need to walk up the hill if you did not want. But it was the position on top of that hill that gave the hotel such fabulous views over the Bosphorous. I selected a Junior Bosphorous suite precisely for that view, and although all in one room (+bathroom) the neat design meant I could work on the desk overlooking the Park or chill out sitting on the window seats. It was always immaculately serviced. Because of the COVID restrictions I had to eat in the hotel more than I would usually do - that was not a problem. An extensive well priced and above all unpretentious menu with fantastic service. I had thought that 11 days would drag and I'd get fed up - it didn't happen and I was actually sad to leave, whilst excited about finally getting home. What a memorable 11 days it was.

Dear Mo-84-Mo, Thank you so much for taking the time to write a review of our hotel, we appreciate your candid feedback. I am sincerely sorry that your experience at Gezi Hotel Bosphorus did not live up to your expectations. As per numerous great online reviews and honest hotel guests, it is unfortunate that you were faced with one unpleasant experience, because that is not usually the experience of our guests. At, Gezi Hotel Bosphorus we strive to ensure that our guests have a flawless experience and enjoy every minute of their stay. Let me clear couple of thing that you mentioned about, there are Nesspresso coffee maker and kettle avaliable at Sky Suite inside of your mix bar. As you mention we can not provide a buffet breakfast due to pandemic, this is a restiricted rule from goverment that we need to follow up. Please rest assured that your invaluable feedback lead us improve areas we fail so that we continually deliver the ultimate experience. Therefore I sincerely hope you will come back to our hotel with a different mindset to have a completely different experience. Best Regards, Semih Kalyoncuoglu Guest Services Ambassador

Wonderful stay! The hotel staff is very warm and kind. All of the reception people we dealt with were very professional and helpful. A special shout-out to Younis and Regep at Breakfast every morning - they took very good care of us. The cleaning staff was great and left our room spotless every day. The hotel itself is around the corner from Taksim Metro Station and Iskilal street, which makes it very reachable. We used the valet parking but would have preferred to park the car ourselves but I did not see a parking garage. I have to say that my room 806 - junior suite was a double view room. The large window overlooking the Bosporus and desk window overlooking Gezi Park. The room was comfortable but I have one complaint. When I reserved for myself and my husband we asked for a double bed. The first night we discovered it was two beds pushed together as one which is not as comfortable (for a large chain such as Marriott this is quite disappointing). There is a Nespresso coffee machine in the room, desk, tv, and lounge chair, and window seating in the junior suite. Overall lovely experience. Thank you

Dear FNA77, It was as usual a pleasure to have you with us, and thank you very much for the beautiful comment on TripAdvisor. Their goal is to meet and exceed expectations by being close to customers' needs. In our story they managed to do it successfully and took our experience to a next level. Always with a positive attitude and kindness to offer their services and energy. Beautiful design of the accommodation and fantastic location either from the view or the transportation perspective. We would celebrate my girlfriend's birthday and they contributed from every aspect to build up an excellent experience. Hope to visit you guys again, was a great pleasure. Thank you.
