Before starting the adventure "Cycling the Pamir Highway", I spent almost one week at the Green House Hostel to prepare myself. It was the perfect choice! Staff: Without their help, I probably wouldn't have been able to actually do the Pamir Highway. But they recommended me the very few useful outdoor-shops in Dushanbe and a bicycle-shop where I found a much better bike than I expected to find in this city. They even made a contact to Russia, to ship a sleeping bag in the quality I needed - the shipping took only two days! Rooms and amenities: The dorm, restrooms, kitchen and common area are all clean and pretty large. The Wi-fi isn't super-fast but this is a Tajik-problem... Thank you Green-House-Team, you deserve a good running business, carry on like this

Loved this hostel especially the carpets and sofa areas all over the huge house. The private rooms were palatial and the dorms comfortable. Knowledgeable staff although not super friendly. Nice breakfast included but nothing special

My friends recommended the Green House for my final night in Tajikistan. It proved to be far better than I imagined! My own room with an ensuite bath! All the basic amenities for a very reasonable price. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The staff was friendly and spoke English. They called a cab for me and gave instructions to the driver. I recommend the Green House!

Really nice accommodation in Dushanbe. Very close to airport and to center of Dushanbe. They have very friendly and helpful staff. Very close two street with local transport to center, railway station, bus station and airport.
