When we arrived at 1am there were men being very loud in a room next to the reception desk and this continued throughout the night. When I opened the door to my room the first thing I saw was a cockroach run across the room. The sheets were stained and the bed was made poorly. We had to ask for towels and water. Aside from all of that it was okay. Location is great but I wouldn’t stay again. Nothing but good words for the gentleman who prepared us an omelette in the morning however. He was lovely.

Dear Guest, Firstly, we apologise for the delayed response - we had a log-in problem which was sorted yesterday. We are very sorry about the bad experience at Comfort@15. We had a small group staying with us and hence the noise. We have looked into the other matters and appropriate action has been taken. Once again we are very sorry for the inconvenience and hope we can make it up to you in the near future. Kind regards, The Management

Slept here during my first night in Sri Lanka. Nothing special but the host was 10/10, so friendly and helpful. The room was very clean but the bathroom had a weird smell. Breakfast was decent but had some amazing fruit.

Actually we booked several rooms for a stay over on one night as we had to attend a wedding...so far the best customer care even from the entrance...not so luxurious but this is wayyyy 1000 times better than most of star class hotels..spacious rooms cleaner beddings and better bathrooms..i mean this is one of the best for budget friendly hotel..Glad that my relatives picked this place for us.. Plus point again these rooms are so freaking spacious. 😱 My rating for overall on their service and hotel 9/10 👍🏽👍🏽 will come again. I wish the room keys and doors would renovate than this so that the rooms will be much soundproof.

The room size was very comfortable. Spacious rooms with enough place to store all your luggage. The bathroom was big in size with all the necessary toiletries. The property is located very close to the shore and is well connected to the city center. There is a burger king less than 5 minutes away from the property. Other options include a seafood restaurant and an Indian restaurant, but are slightly expensive. The restaurant only serves breakfast, so plan for lunch and dinner accordingly.

We stopped over for a night here before heading on to Kandy. It was right on the seafront, so pretty location and has 2 main roads either side so easy to grab a tuctuc ride from. It was perfectly simple, a nice bed, air con & fan and a powerful shower. The staff were very friendly & helpful & extra thanks for lending us that adaptor! The downside was that our room was right next to reception so really quite noisy, could hear full conversations and suitcases being dragged upstairs at all hours. Room was a bit dimly lit too. Wouldn’t recommend for light sleepers but as a short stop off it was perfect. P.s. There’s an electronic safe where you programme your own code so your money should be safe, we certainly felt so!
